Scott Perry, a former guitarist and Seth Godin collaborator, founded Creative on Purpose to help people clarify what matters and build meaningful work. He's been married 36 years, is a father and grandfather, and spent 25 years as a professional musician before his career shift.
For those of you that don't know who I am, I'm Scott Perry. I am your friend and fellow traveler at Creative on Purpose. What's most important to me about me is that I am a husband to my best friend of 36 years, a father of two incredible young men, and full-time grandfather to my 2-year-old grandson. What other people usually find interesting about me is that I leveraged a 7-year association with Seth Godin to transition from a 25-year career as a professional guitarist to building a business around my grandson's nap schedule. And what I do now is I help people make a better living and a bigger difference doing work that matters to them with people they care about by helping them clarify their priorities and crafting a path that will get them there and collapsing time while having a little bit of fun at the same time. So that's a little bit about me.
