You can't win a race you don't want to be in. That's— I'll tell you the first— I'll just tell a quick story about the first time I said that. Uh, Jeff Moore, and he's told this before, uh, he said he was talking about he was wanting to leave his job and he kept saying, but everybody thinks I should keep doing it. Everybody says I'm so good at it. I'm like the best at this. And he is. He's one of the best. He's probably the best in the world at what he does. Um, it's like, you know, it's just so easy to win. It's like, well, you can't win a race you don't want to be in. And that just snapped him out of, uh, that. So I say to myself all the time, uh, just remember, like, doesn't matter if you're good at something, if you don't want it, if you don't want the outcome, then don't do it.
I love it. You can't win a race that you don't want to be in.
