In one year which is obviously a direct result of us coming on board with you some 12, 13 years ago I think it is and now debt free personally yes we are which is a great result and congratulations to you. So two years, $200,000 off your mortgage. That is correct. If we had a sat down 12 or so years ago when we first sat down and I said you're going to knock $100,000 off your mortgage in one year, I would have said bullshit. But you can't argue with the figures. Obviously it's taken a lot of hard work but obviously us working with you has realized this result.
