It's been fantastic. We're never going to pay a mortgage off without it. And since we started it, as we see we're from 320,000 to basically 100,000 in four years and things are looking a hell of a lot sweeter than they were four years ago. So, yeah, it's been all good. What have you found? The most helpful part of it? Why has it worked for you? All our money was directed into our mortgage and that's now a focus for us. We know where our money's going and each month we get that statement. And as I said to you before, it's the only piece of mail I look forward to each month. So when it comes through, it's like, yes, and a sticker and a woohoo. You've done that. So, you know, that's just. That little bit of feedback is good. It's positive. Phone conversations that we've had with the people from Crown are always sort of looking to us, so do you really need that? But, yeah, and yes, we do. And we won't take a cent more than we need to.
