Good morning from my two furry friends right here. I'm out taking a walk. So let's do a quick chat about how to program your subconscious using your built-in calendar app. I've been doing this for a couple years, didn't really realize I was doing it until recently, so I figured I'd give it to you. All right, so here's the thing, right? Put a little like 15-minute daily repeating calendar On your calendar app every morning whenever you wake up. You know, it could be late morning. Heck, you could do it at night and just have a little like positive mantra or whatever you want to do. 10 jumping jacks, doesn't really matter as long as it's true to you. So I've got one going and it's a little out there, but it is positive energy amplifier. So every morning I wake up and as I'm getting ready for the day, taking care of the dogs, I get a notification from my calendar app that just says positive energy amplifier. Just a reminder for me to amplify that positive energy in the world. We need a little bit more of that. All right, that's it for me for today. Let me know what kind of stuff you put on your calendar and I hope you have a great one. All right, see you later. The reason it works is because the number one way to program your subconscious as an adult is repeatability, which is sort of like driving a car, right? I mean, you're good at driving a car. You've created that habit because you've done it a lot over the years. So this is just a way to get a repeated habit going for you that you control, not that the rest of the world controls. All right, that's it. Have a good one.
