Helping others while helping yourself. I think that's the secret to this whole thing at scale. Here's what I mean, I'm going to use an example. So, this podcast that I'm doing, I started it, it was just a calling. I don't know, couldn't tell you why. It was like, just go do this thing. If you build it, they will come. Yeah, so I started doing it. What I've realized over 50 episodes is that I'm helping others while helping myself. So here's the thing. The first thing I've done is I'm reconnecting with old friends, colleagues, etc., which first benefit is I get to catch up. We get to catch up. That's great. The second benefit is I get to learn something from them that I didn't know before. And likewise, they maybe get to learn something from me that they didn't know before. So that's cool. Second benefit. Third benefit, we recorded and Put it out there publicly, which means other people can benefit from it, right? And then the fourth thing, which is almost even more exciting to me, is I now have a resource that I can go back to and I can rewatch and relisten to these things later and unlock deeper insights and understanding from this, and then reconnect with people again and then talk about them, and then the cycle repeats. So what if everybody did that sort of thing? Not exactly the same, right? But basically helped others while we help ourselves. At scale, that could be incredible.
