Good morning. Talent is the new app. What do I mean by that? Go to your home screen on your phone. See all those apps there? What if that was a skill of something that you need? Like, I don't know, distribution, right? Maybe you want to go viral. Maybe you want to get some retention. That'd be pretty cool. What if you just need something designed really quick? Click that button for the app. Opens directly to the person that you need. That's pretty cool. But isn't that just like a talent network, Upwork or whatever? I don't think so, because really it's just the best talent in the world, right? I need a really world-class software engineer to get me past this one problem. And you're not pushing this out there to everybody in the world. You're pushing it to one person. So it's a bat phone to the best skilled person that's available at that time. That's pretty freaking cool. And guess what? It's built around outcomes, not on skill sets. Because why? Because we buy outcomes, not skills. All right, that's it. Have a great one. Let's do this thing. It's fall, y'all. All right.
