Sometimes though, people on your teams aren't just isolated where you can take the initiative to reach out. Sometimes there's conflict. Anybody ever had conflict on a team? One of the best things you can have on a team can sometimes be a difference of opinion. Sometimes the worst thing that can occur on a team is somebody who has an insight or a perspective that would be valuable, and they choose not to share it. Sometimes healthy conversation is the absolute best thing that a team can enjoy because it helps to solidify the path forward or helps people to question things that had previously just done it this way.
