Good afternoon. My name is Joe Miller and I'm a Senior Vice President with Northeastern Pole Line, a KUWANA company. And we just had the most wonderful experience of having Sean Glaze come and speak to our group of about 30 team members. Our group, we have 3 divisions, a very diverse group, and Sean was able to provide some real-life examples of situations where we can learn from one another. We learn how to respect and treat one another and how we learn to appreciate each other. And I especially liked a couple of the activities that he had us engaged in. We really learned about communicating and working together. I think all of our team took— had some great takeaways from in terms of attention to detail and communication. And again, I— if you're considering having some sort of an event to honor your team, to make your team better, to enhance what is already a great program, or if there's some specific things that you want to be targeted, I think Sean Glaze is your man. I really did a wonderful job for us, and I'd highly recommend him.
