Unfortunately, I think that most coaches, like most young leaders, focus primarily, if not wholly, on strategy instead of culture. See, if culture is the behaviors, interactions, and connections of people, most people just focus on strategy. But culture eats strategy for breakfast. And that's not just a saying, it's something that you probably see in your organization. Strategy is what you want to get done. Culture determines how well your people are going to do it.
