Hi, this is Sean Glaze. I'm the creator of the Rapid Teamwork Masterclass in building a more positive and productive and high-performing team culture. And if you're interested in bringing this course to your organization as a leader, I would love to give you different options to consider to make sure that the implementation is as successful and effective as possible. First, just as a very quick review, you'll be able to find on Teamwork University all the things that the course includes, but Rapid Teamwork Masterclass is a 12-week leveraged coaching culture building program. You'll have not only 7 different modules and over 25 different video lessons with dozens of downloads and activities that you'll be able to implement along the way sequentially with your team, but this 12-week program is far more effective and valuable because of the coaching that I'll provide you along the way. You actually have 4 one-on-one personal calls with me at milestones along the way throughout your leadership journey to ensure that you're able to implement these activities and lessons to build the culture that you desire. This is basically what the course sequence looks like. So you're gonna have the introductory module where you're gonna be able to go through the initial webinar information and essentially build your mindset so that you understand how to apply grit to your leadership and that you can schedule into your calendar all that's going to be waiting on you as you kind of get deeper into each of the other implementation modules. For weeks 2 and 3, you'll go through goals. For weeks 4 and 5, you'll work on relationships and connections. Weeks 6 and 7, you'll work on expectations and team standards and commitments. Week 8 and 9, you'll work on feedback and ownership and accountability with your team. Week 10 and 11, you'll work on recognition and thanking your team for their efforts. And then finally, in Week 12, we'll go back and review and reflect and make sure we lay a path for you moving forward to continue to grow and sustain the team culture that you will have established by that point. But in order to accomplish that, different teams and different team leaders have different desires and comfort levels about how the program and the trainings are delivered. The most popular is the hybrid option. That's where you actually have online courses that you'll be able to tackle and go through and implement at your own pace. And while I certainly suggest the sequence of the 12 weeks that will be, uh, incorporated into the course, you can take the course and do it faster or slower based upon your needs and your organization's situation. That hybrid option does include the coaching and the 4 mentoring calls to make sure that you as a leader have the support and encouragement and problem-solving and mentoring along the way to ensure that you do create the culture that you're wanting to through the program. But there are 3 different ways. So certainly the hybrid option is something that most people will gravitate toward because it provides the independence of you going through the video lessons and downloading the PDFs and doing the activities with your team on your schedule, and then you can schedule those mentoring milestone calls with me along the way based upon your progress. But the other two that I've had people inquire about are first the Done By You option for those individuals who don't desire or feel they need the accountability or the mentoring or the coaching calls that are involved and incorporated into the hybrid option. The Done Solo By You option is far cheaper and cost-effective simply because it doesn't involve my ongoing support and individual collaboration with you as a leader. And the third way that you can actually have the Teamwork Masterclass delivered is whether it's to your team or to a team of your leaders is I can actually, over the course of 5 different 2 to 3 hour sessions, I can deliver via Zoom or in person, deliver each of the major modules to ensure that once they've gone through the initial module and gotten the introductory information out of the way, the really kind of the heart of the course, the goals, the relationships, the expectations, the accountability, and the thanks and recognition modules We can actually tackle those monthly so that one day out of your month, we'll commit half of a day to be able to go through together in a live format while I will walk your leaders or walk your team through all of the activities and lessons and implementation to ensure that the entire program is implemented successfully and the team culture that you produce is one that is far more positive, productive, and high-performing. Again, if you're interested in the master class for your team or for one of your leaders or for yourself, please visit Teamwork University. You can always download a course summary there, print that off, and share it with the decision maker who is responsible for leadership development in your company. I look forward to working with you to build a far more positive and productive team culture.
