And every team when it first comes together is all smiles. But at some point, whether it's on the sideline or in a meeting room, you're going to find out what type of team you have based on how they handle the speed bumps along the way. Because every team is going to encounter adversity. And when you do, you find out who on your team are actually winning teammates. There's actually two major things that I learned. In the two decades that I coached. The first is that talent's essential, but it's never sufficient. You absolutely need to have talent on your team. You're not gonna win without talent, whether it's basketball or business. The second thing that I learned in my two decades as a coach is that it's those personal relationships that you intentionally take time to build that eventually impact the results that you will get. And it's the personal relationships, it's the culture that will determine how successfully your strategy is implemented.
