So what are the 5 areas that you need to focus on as an effective leader to build a great culture? What I found is regardless of industry, leaders who have high-performing teams all give attention to 5 specific necessary areas of culture. Those 5 things will help you build a great team, and I use the acronym GREAT to help you remember. Those 5 things are goals, goals, and relationships, and expectations, and accountability, and thanks. One of the things I've found is that when leaders have underperforming teams or issues with people on those teams, they've not given enough intentional focus to one of those 5 areas. Which of those do you need to spend more time with? Goals, relationships, expectations, accountability, or or things. If you want to build a great team, those are the 5 things to focus on. I'm Sean Glaze. That's what effective leaders do.
