So how can you benefit as a leader from understanding ChatGPT? Well, ChatGPT, if you've discovered it, is far more successful and responds far better to clear and specific prompts. And so do you. Why do you need to ask for feedback from your team and get better prompts? Well, the reality is we're all blind often to our blindness. Challenges don't change though. You do. And if you're placed in a challenge, be grateful for that opportunity to change. But we need to often look outside ourselves for the helpful insights that will allow us to succeed. So maybe ask 2 or 3 people for helpful advice. Ask what you could do to improve team performance. Have them suggest one small change that would make you a better leader. They're going to be honored by the request, and you're going to be far more aware of how you can have a positive impact on your team results. I'm Sean Glaze. That's what effective leaders do.
