So we're gonna focus our time in answering one very simple question: How do you become a more effective leader? Now, you've probably heard all kinds of leadership. You've heard of primal leadership and courageous leadership and remarkable leadership and authentic leadership, and all of those sound great. But the reality is that you can be intentional and courageous and primal and authentic and read all the books and still not be able to create the exceptional team culture and get the results that you want. So of course now you're thinking, "All right, Sean, so how do we become more effective leaders?" Well, fortunately for you, I've spent more time than I'd like to admit focused specifically on that question since way back after my very first year as a high school basketball coach.
