And I want you to think for a moment how many of you have spent most of your career to this point on technical aspects that absolutely impact your success. And I would argue with you tonight that we get hired for our technical skill, but people often get fired because of interpersonal skills. And it's the interpersonal, it's the connections, it's the culture that's going to ultimately determine how well your people perform whatever project you're a part of. So there's 3 things I want to accomplish with you tonight, 3 things I want to make sure we do before we leave. The first is I do want to make sure you guys have some fun. I want you to laugh a little with a couple of activities we're going to have. I want to make sure that I give you the tools and ideas that's going to help you be a better leader when you take over your next project or as you continue your current project. And just as importantly, I want to emphasize to you and equip you to improve your team culture. Because as I said, the culture that you're a part of is absolutely evidence of your leadership.
