Sean Glaze talks about what makes a winning teammate and how coworkers shape your experience at work. He asks you to think about the bad teammates you've known and the great ones, then challenges you to be someone people want to work with.
Think about the number of hours you invest in your office each week, each month, each year. Your quality of life is absolutely determined by the quality relationships and interactions that you have at work, by the number of great teammates that you work with. So by a show of hands, I want you to tell me How many of you have ever had to endure a bad teammate? Now, keep your hands up if you are the bad teammate. See, bad teammates make things difficult, but great teammates, winning teammates, they know their job is to make things better.
