So many organizations, and me as a young coach, become slaves to strategy and focus far too much on the X's and O's, whatever your X's and O's are. But the problem with only focusing on X's and O's is those X's and O's, those plays, that strategy that you're drawing up for your organization, are completely dependent upon the culture and the people to actually enact them. So if you're not focusing on culture, if you're not focusing on your people and the way they're going to implement that strategy, your strategy becomes far less impactful.
