Chapters

Have you thought about how many other people in your organization have to do their job well for you to do yours? Have you thought about how many people in this organization, in this room, are impacted by what you do every single day? Winning teammates connect the dots and see the big picture. But here's the problem. Some people don't see very far beyond themselves. And if you can't connect the dots, if you don't see the big picture, then you don't take as seriously that responsibility that you have to be that piece of a larger puzzle. Winning teammates connect the dots. They take ownership of their outcomes. And they understand that what they do influences not just the outcome of their day, but the outcome of hundreds of days.
