Decoding The Science Of Abundance With Sean Clayton
22 Aug 2024 · 70 min
Sean Clayton describes a spiritual awakening at a Joe Dispenza retreat in 2020 that shifted him from forcing to receiving, followed by a seven-figure payment. He teaches abundance through releasing trauma, building an internal container for money, and reading body signals as guides to what you're ready to hold.

You know, like, hey, Sean, we love the work you're doing. We appreciate everything. We have some money on our books. If we don't use it, we lose it. We're going to wire you the money to hold you for the next year. And it was literally like a seven figure song. And I go to Sophia and I'm like, babe, look at this in the fucking account. This is nuts. And it was like the craziest thing that I had ever seen.
Sean Clayton is an entrepreneur and founder of Myosin, Myosin XYZ and the Science of Abundance. In this conversation we discuss Sean's journey to truly understanding abundance and learning how to cultivate it so that it flows naturally.
So abundance used to be a taking process for me, not a receiving process. It was a forcing my agenda process, not a giving process. And there was no stillness in it. I was constantly busy and I was getting feedback from the outside world in order to identify was I on track or was I off track. Now to me, now what abundance has shifted to is it's less of that and it's more of me being able to understand the internal clock within myself or measuring tool within myself and knowing that I'm on the path, not seeking if I'm on the path. So there's a different space between seeking and knowing.
Sean realized that abundance is a two way street. How much you receive is correlated to how much you give.
This isn't mine, this is ours. That was a message that dropped into me and then I started to donate it. But as I would donate, it would come back and I would donate, it would come back and it was just whole, like giving and receiving, not forcing and just finding places to where it would land and help people. And that was like the start of this whole abundant thing.
Sean realized that abundance was less about accumulation and more about creating the conditions to receive the abundance that already exists.
But I always tell people, stop focusing on your savings. Stop focusing on the money you're making. Focus is on the container you're building that starts within. And that's the abundant framework you build for yourself. And then at which point the divine will just flow inside of you.
In Sean's view, the shift from I to we, while moving deeper into authenticity expands your capacity for abundance.
We all have a frequency. Every one of us has a frequency that has a very specific purpose in life. Okay, what will happen is that when it is less of I and more of we, your cup gets infinitely Big.
Before we get into the conversation, I want to ask for your help. The first thing potential guests do before deciding to come on the show is look at the number of reviews on places like Spotify and itunes. If you have a moment, it'd be immensely helpful to leave a review for the show wherever you're listening to it to encourage guests to come on the show and share their wisdom here with you. In return, my promise to you is to continue to improve the show and raise the bar with high quality guests to help you on your own journey. Thank you. Now let's get into it. Sean. What's up, my man?
Dude. Amazing to be here. Yeah. How are you doing?
I'm doing great. And I've been excited for this conversation since we first connected.
Dude. Yeah.
You know, started to just learn more about you and some of the things you're putting out in the world and just your whole transformational journey. It's very inspiring.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I love what you're doing, and I'm just honored to be here. I'm honored to be in any space that I'm in. So it's super magical. So thank you.
Amazing, man. So let's kind of start this off with your own shift in perspective. I know abundance has been a theme that I hear you talk about a lot. And how did you used to view abundance, and when was the inflection point of that evolution?
Great question. So I'm going to tell a tiny story.
Perfect.
Okay. That'll lead into how I used to view it and how I view it now. So for any of your listeners that don't know about me or watchers, my background's a little bit crazy, all the way from sexually abused as a youth to incarcerated in my early, like, actually late 20s, tried to take my life in my early 20s. And all of that was a reason. The reason that I did it is because I'm looking at the outside illusion, asking for affirmation. Okay, now you say, how's the sexual abuse that. Well, that's a little bit different because that was what I consider a key that opened the door for me to break away from the illusion. Now, back then, it hurt. It was challenging, it was difficult. But what it did is it put me in a trajectory of life where I felt like I had to prove myself because I didn't feel loved, and that version of love didn't feel right to me. So then what you end up doing is you seek love from everything outside of you by overly executing and overly doing everything. In your life.
Oh, I know it well.
Right.
I'm the consummate recovering overachiever.
Exactly. So. Exactly. And we all find it through different lanes, right? Some of it is our parents press things on us. Some. Some of it is my parents pressed it on me. Plus this happened. So when I look at it from where I'm at now to where I was is I see it now as a superpower that I gave myself because I had to go through trauma in order to understand how to release it in myself and the frequency of others. Right? So that. That pushed me to view abundance as me finding. Think about the game of pickup sticks, and you kind of throw a bunch of sticks out there, right? Say the divine does, and you're out there chasing, trying to pick them up, but you're in a room with 50 other people trying to pick them up as well. And so everybody's picking up everything off the ground they possibly can. So you're taking. You're elbowing people out of the way, and you're doing what you can in order to survive, in order to gather abundance. Right? So abundance used to be a taking process for me, not a receiving process. It was a forcing my agenda process, not a giving process. And there was no stillness in it. I was constantly busy, and I was getting feedback from the outside world in order to identify was I on track or was I off track? Now to me, now what abundance has shifted to is. It's less of that, and it's more of me being able to understand the internal clock within myself or measuring tool within myself, and knowing that I'm on the path, not seeking if I'm on the path. So there's a different space between seeking and knowing, right? And knowing. They always say, like, hey, when you're on your spiritual journey, you'll never know the whole thing. You'll never know anything. But you do know yourself, right? And you do know what feels good and you know, what feels off. You know, when things are out of balance because you literally give yourself signs of it all the time. Like, you know, this morning, my right tire pressure, my right front tire was low, okay? And I was like, oh, I wonder why my right front tire is low. And I could, like, look at it and figure out if it's a nail or whatever it might be and do the rational thing. And I'm like, okay, where am I? What does that mean? Right? So the right side of something is the masculine side. It's the giving side. Tires always represent an aspect of vulnerability because you got the soft Thing on your car, carrying around tons of metal. Right. That could potentially destroy somebody. But it's rubber and air, which is pretty sensitive and soft. So that then leads me into vulnerability. So I'm like, okay, well, this is a sign for me. I need to become more vulnerable in my giving. Right. Or giving more vulnerable things. It could be A or B. Right. It doesn't matter, really, the order. It's kind of one and the same. That's an abundant thought. Because you're receiving something from the divine. You're understanding what it feels like inside of yourself. You're not looking for the nail in the tire. You're recognizing that there's an internal energy, either synchrony or something that's out of sync, that you need to find the balance within. So that's the starting point. So how I view abundance now versus then, as I find the abundance within instead of seeking abundance outside. So then, like, what does that look like? Because that's a whole other thing. Because they're like. Because I'm teaching a class on the 18th of this month where it really talks about unlocking the keys to your abundance and what that looks like. And in one of the emails that went out, it asked people to give feedback. And I've gotten, like, I think 120 responses back around where they're feeling lost in their abundance. I say 95% of them are finances. Okay.
Because that's what we've been conditioned to believe is abundance. When you have your money taken care of.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. So that's what it looks like for people, and that's how it's been coded. And that's how I saw it. It's like, I got to work harder. I've got to do, you know, get a scholarship. I've got to. Whatever it might be. It's a financial thing that requires me to feel more abundant. Then you're like, okay, well, Sean, you're doing well in life, so of course you can feel abundant. And I didn't always feel this way. There was a time I had. I was incarcerated. I was homeless. I didn't have two pennies to rub together. I had lost everything. I was sitting at a meditation retreat, a Joe Dispenza meditation retreat, literally overdrawn, wondering how the hell I'm gonna make it when I get back. But I knew that this is where I needed to be, and that that retreat, by letting go of all of the trauma that I held onto, literally seven figures came into my account during that retreat. And it was no accident of how that happened. And then it just started to expand and expand.
Can we zoom in on that for a second? Cause I know people are gonna hear that and go, what the hell? Like, how did that happen?
That's the craziest story, bro. So I started going to Dr. Joe retreats, and the first one, it was actually in the election of 2020. Okay. In November 2020. Yeah, it was November 2020. So I went to this retreat, and he strategically had it in the election so that people would just kind of like tap out of that and just go into their own thing. So this is four years ago.
Sounds like we could reuse that.
We could reuse that. We all need to go to a freaking retreat during this election. That's what's happening right now. But I went to that retreat and I spent my last money. So my fiance, my girlfriend, then, now wife, we go to this retreat and we're in it. And I'm like, babe, we got to do this. And she's like, this doesn't make any sense financially, why we're doing this. Let's just do it. Everything was. I mean, literally was broke at the time. So my last money to go to this thing, and it wasn't cheap. You know, you're staying at the JW Marriott, you are spending $2,500 per person, and you have to think, like, how rough things have gotten to where, like, literally this is my, like, last $7,500.
Wow.
Now bills are still coming in and hitting. I'm watching the bank account and I'm like, okay, we're just going to trust the process. And what I see in that is the illusion is looking to say, hey, snap out of this. Go back to your old way. Go back to working because you need to catch some money. Don't be present where you are. And that would be me focusing on that outside thing. But I didn't do it. First couple days, I was questioning it because I'm watching this retreat go on and everybody in there is having these, like, mind blowing breathwork sessions. Have you been to one of the jokes?
I haven't been, but I've. I've done in his online course.
Yeah.
I've read his book Once Upon a Time, so. And I've heard a lot of tremendous things.
Oh, it's crazy.
Been to the actual experience where it seems like it's where it's at because that's where the field is.
Yeah.
Is created and really strong.
Yeah. And so it's. When I was doing this, I'm sitting there and I'm like, everybody in there is having this sound like their orgasms, and they're screaming and these Kundalini Pops. And I'm like, I'm just not happening for me. And so I'm questioning. And I was like, I'm gonna go one more day, and then we're going back. I'm gonna start working. I'm gonna just, like, tap out of this. I go to a couple of the little, like, light events, and I'm just gonna quit, right? And that was me literally about to give up on that. And this was like, the be not the beginning of my spiritual journey, because you started when you were born, but it was really the ramping up of it. And had I taken the path of choosing to go back into the matrix, you could call it, or go back into the program, because I needed to make money really quickly, which is what most of us do. I need to get back into the rat race and do this thing. This thing would have never happened. So I was living in my sexual trauma from what happened to me with my family member. I was still feeling total imposter syndrome and completely afraid of what happened to me when I was incarcerated. I would never talk about my suicide attempts at all. Would never talk about my parental trauma and the things that they went through. And so all of that, I was doing this walking meditation. It was like, this is the breaking point for me. It was like the last meditation of the third day. And I'm walking down the beach, and he teaches you how to trance out. And so I'm going, and I'm going. And all of a sudden, I feel this thing just tap me on the head. It was like something drove through all my energy centers. Wow. Or my chakras, whatever you want to call it. And I used to have a very specific in my right hand because I slipped my wrist on both of them. This hand. Both hands were completely numb. I had feeling in these fingers, but I couldn't pick things up without really concentrating on them. I used to walk with a limp. I was about a half an inch shorter. And I had two broken vertebrae in my spine from triple jumping. So when I would walk, people could tell, like, what's wrong with you? And I'd have to go to therapy, you know, probably every six to 18 months in order to get things readjusted, because I would be completely numb on the right side. So right side was super numb. Right side of my leg was super numb. Also my giving side, because I was forcing my agenda on people. It was that kind of See the right side theme. And this whole thing happened. And all of a sudden I just dropped to the ground, completely blacked out. My hands caught on fire, my back caught on fire. Every part of my body that was out of alignment caught on fire. It was like the weirdest thing. And then at which point this, like, I started just crying. And I forgave my father, my mother, my family member that abused me. I forgave, you know, myself for the prison experiences, you know, exes that, you know, the whole thing and. But also the most part, I forgave myself. And it was like this purge. And I had never felt that way in my life before. So at which point I'm like, sold. I'm like, whatever this is. I've never had this feeling before. And the next day I get a call while I'm just in the meditations, like, we're just going to stay the course. The next day I get a call from a company I was doing some business with. I was consulting for. Because this was like Covid. Things were tough. I'm in the marketing world, nobody needs marketing. But I'm doing like consulting for all these agencies, just like picking things together. It was the end of the year and they're like, hey, Sean, we love the work you're doing. We appreciate everything. We have some money on our books. If we don't use it, we lose it. We're going to wire you the money to hold you for the next year. And it was literally like a seven figure sum. And I go to Sophia and I'm like, babe, look at this in the fucking account. This is nuts. And it was like the craziest thing that I had ever seen. And then I went on this thing like, well, this isn't mine, this is ours. That was a message that dropped into me. And then I started to donate it. But as I would donate, it would come back and I would donate, it would come back. And it was just whole giving and receiving, not forcing and just finding places to where it would land and help people. And that was like the start of this whole abundant thing, right? Where I'm like, there's some science to this. And I played with it at first to be like, well, if I give what happens right, not to manipulate, but just to see and get without expectations. And it would just come back through the other door. And it required. I always look at it this way with people that I help and that I coach or that within myself is anytime that I hold onto the past with judgment, I create. Water's supposed to flow, I create the water and it turns into an ice cube. And my cup can hold so much. The more ice cubes I have in that cup, if the divine is constantly pouring its flow onto me, how much abundance am I getting? I'm only getting what will fit between the ice cubes. So in the aspect of abundance, what I have to do, the awareness I have to have for myself, is, how many ice cubes do I have in my cup? Because that's just frozen abundance and that's stuck in the past, and it has no flow to it, therefore it doesn't go in and out. And when something happens and I have to remove it, either I have to heat this damn cup up and get the cubes to melt, or I have to pour it out. And then it feels like I'm losing everything. Right. Because these cubes have made me feel like what I'm drinking is cold enough or safe enough or whatever it might be. So the letting go, which is the letting go of the trauma that has frozen that abundance in my life or that perceived abundance in my life that has said this is the path that the water has to flow within the cup and it just doesn't come in naturally, is where people get stuck. So what I always tell people is, how many ice cubes do you have in your cup? What do they look like? What are you remembering? What keeps you safe? That is actually not the answer. And where does that come from? What parent, what family member? What trauma are you holding on to? That's how you're freezing your structure. So then at which point you're like, oh, well, if that's how I'm freezing my structure, then it's not possible that I can just melt that or dump it out. But that dumping it out was painful because you. Yeah, when you hold that cup, you feel the weight. This is like. This feels natural to me. Having an empty cup feels fucking nuts. Right. But it's freeing.
But once you do it, you realize it's not as scary as you thought.
Exactly.
And that actually starts to create. Yeah. True abundance. It reminds me of. Similar to you, I had this idea in my head as an entrepreneur where I was like, I want to get enough money so that I can do whatever I want.
Yeah.
Like, that was like the concept.
And.
And one day I was sitting on my couch, my finances had changed. I think I. Something. I took some secondary or something from my startup, and I was sick and I was unproductive, and I couldn't do anything for, like, a couple, like, a while. And I was like really pissed. And it was such a visceral moment where I was like, I have some money now, but I can't even be okay not doing anything. Like I'm just a robot to my patterns.
Right.
And this is going to be true if I have $50 million or if I have 50 cents.
Yeah, same thing.
You know, it's like, it's. What is, what is true freedom? What is true abundance.
Yeah.
And yeah, that everything changed for me about what I thought was how I approach true freedom. You know, financial freedom is a shallow depth of freedom. It's definitely a positive development in someone's life, but it's certainly limited.
Yeah, well, what I. And it's limited. And then what I find is that it comes when you know yourself every time. And it might, it might not feel like you're measuring stick to somebody else, but it always comes when you know yourself. You're like, oh, this is enough. I am enough. This is enough. We are enough. And it could be like, well, I need to have $10 million in the bank in order to feel good about myself, or I need to have $100,000 in the bank in order to feel good. You could have $100 in the bank and feel fucking amazing. And that ends up being like the size of your cup, which is fine for people, but you also know how to move it in and out so that you always have more than you need based on the actual structure and the apparatus you build for yourself. So what I always tell people, stop focusing on your savings, stop focusing on the money you're making, focus on the container you're building that starts within and that's the abundant framework you build for yourself. And then at which point the divine will just flow inside of you. But if you have the trauma that's built that container and all you do is you have a bunch of ice cubes or a bunch of furniture that's literally stuck and you have no flow to your house, you have no flow to your cup. You can't do anything to pour it back out. So therefore, how can you give anything if you can't receive it? Anything?
So it sounds like for you really, the starting place is going into the unconscious, going into the trauma and healing that.
Yeah. And here's another thing, I'll say the misconception. There's a huge misconception around healing. We think healing is a time bound process and it's not. Healing is an instant state of worthiness, an instant state of wholeness. Okay, we are already healed in the Present state that you're in. This is why Eckart told be present. This is why everybody, all the great gurus, if we want to call them that, you know, I don't like the word guru, but I love the word guru. But it needs to be rearchitected. We can talk about that in a minute. But they all say be present because you're perfect in your present moment. We're all perfect in our present moment. It's the trauma that we hold on to, the past, right? So this time illusion that keeps us in this thing, oh, I'm going to be healed. Well, I'm going to be healed. When are you going to be healed? You're healed now. That's what everybody needs to understand. There is not a process of healing. It's an instant state of worthiness and wholeness when you let go of the trauma of the past, empty your cup, allow the divine to flow in, and then just stay present with it and create and repeat, rinse and repeat over and over again. That's all you got to do.
I think there's a lot of concepts out there around, like, healing has to be hard and, like, you have to feel everything in your body and like, all, like, you gotta. You gotta, like, let it get out of your system and stuff. And, like, you know, I have my own opinions, but I'm curious to get yours because I can imagine a lot of people that have been on that journey, right, where they're doing the daily breath work, they're doing the somatic this and that, they're doing this plant medicine to heal themselves. They hear instant worthiness, instant healing, and it doesn't match their experience. And they probably struggle with that idea.
Oh, 1,000%. 1,000%. So there's a. What? I. I think of this whole thing as like, code, like, code of the Matrix.
I wanted to ask you about this as well, because I also think that's another word that people hear. It's like, oh, these are codes. Like, what the hell does that mean? Am I playing, like, N64?
Like, what kind of. I mean, I'm not a simulation theory guy, but I do recognize that there is code to literally everything in our life. And we have a genetic code. So, like, if we start at the baseline of ourselves that we've given ourselves, we have DNA, we have genetic code. There's a sequencing of that. There is an entire mathematical equation that the probability of us just being random is 1 times 10 to the 77th power to have. What is it, 155 functional DNA or what is it? Sequences exist. The 155, we have 800,000 in our body that are functional. So if that were the case, based on us just being us, if that 10 to the 1 to the 10 to the 77th power. This is like the math of, like God is what I call it, of us being random means that. What is it they said? It's like finding a blade of grass inside of 1 trillion galaxies. Like, that's the odds that we're random. It's fucking nuts. Okay.
Yeah, I think that's a pretty rare find, I would say.
Yeah. So that means we are very much so intentional that there is a very specific code to each one of us. People are like, are we predestined? We have free will choice. Yes to both. We are predestined and we have free will choice at the same time. Okay, so what that means, and I'm going to get into the code aspect of it, is that the code is just. There are structures that we go by. There are numbers that we've been given. There are frequencies that align with us that we resonate with more harmoniously with or less harmoniously with. No matter what happens at the end of it all, when it's all said and done, we all get to the same place, okay? We all live, we all die, we all figure it out. Even in our last breath, it's all going to happen. So if that's the case, then why not back the code up a little bit more and not wait on death and go through this trauma cycle so that we can actually pass information and frequencies on to other individuals. Now, for somebody who's stuck in a trauma pattern, the biggest awareness that you can have. And I've been to Hoffman, and in Hoffman, they teach you to go and find. Have you done Hoffman?
I haven't done.
Okay. They teach you to find the trauma patterns associated from your parents. That's the closest degree of separation you have to why you are the way you are and why you hold those different states. So we're like, oh, well, the trauma is really hard. I've been through X, Y or Z and all these other things that I can go through. And I start playing whack a mole with my trauma. And I have to suffer in that because the world has told me that that's a misinformation campaign that we've been given generationally through our history books and everything else. And when we're growing up and you are a child and you have to survive, who do you look to? Mom and dad, right? Or the other place, somebody in your life that comes in, right? So whoever that person is in your life, you look to them for survival, for food, for substance, for sustenance, for shelter, for the baseline things. And then you say, okay, well if they're giving me that in order for me to get more of that, I need to actually be like them. So then we just become like them. So you become your mother and your father and then as you get in your adolescence, you're like, well, I like that and I don't like that. And as you break away from more of the source when you're born, you're like, we're just super holy, right? Like every child is just like, I.
Have a one year old right now. And I'm like, all she does is smile. Yeah, yeah, I want Simon. She's having.
Yeah. It's like, look at, look at God, right? In this flesh form that is just untouched. And we just bang our trauma on them. We're like, oh, well, this happened to me. I don't want to happen to you. I need to keep you safe, right? This happened to you. I don't want this to happen. And then they see us fighting with our spouses, they see us fighting with our work colleagues. They see what it's like to be successful or unsuccessful. And you're like, well, my dad was unsuccessful. I don't want to be like that. So I won't be that. I'm going to turn into the anti dad. So no matter what you do, you're like figuring out how to make this apparatus work. That's how you build your trauma cycles, which are all gifts when we think about it. Because it's like, oh, well, it can be more of that or less of that. And it's just feedback loops. Code, right? And then if you think about programming a computer, it's just, well, that worked. That didn't. So I need to make this better. I need to change the code this way. I need to do this. So as we go through life, that's all the experiences are. So when we get into the state of any type of adulthood where we actually are impacting others, and we're always impacting others. Even when you walk down the street and somebody sees you and they're like, you know, they just notice you, you're impacting the hell out of that person. Okay? And as we figure that thing out and we learn to break the code, the awareness that we have around where we receive those trauma patterns from is critical because that's what Freezes in your cup. And so for every person, like I said, like, here's your cup. How many ice cubes do you have in there that you're holding out of trauma? Like, oh, I've got 10, I've got 20, I've got 30. It doesn't matter the number. And then you just look at those and you say, okay, are all of those multiple? Can I melt any one of those, or can I just toss them out? How many of those can I toss out? And it's going to come back because you're going to put it back in there, because when you start feeling unsafe, you're going to stick the damn thing inside of the cup again. Because it feels uncomfortable to have that room, that space to be free. And this is where, like, the law of rhythm comes in. And the hermetic principles that even ties to the seven days of the week, that ties into the seven continents, seven chakras of the body. Like, all these things around seven. You have these seven principles that are the keys that help us unlock this code so that we can release the trauma. Because there's a law of rhythm that will give it to you. And you take it away, it gives it to you, you take it away, and it just keeps happening.
And so in some ways, your interpretation of these codes is really just understanding the fundamental laws of the universe.
Fundamental laws of the universe?
How things work.
Yeah, fundamental laws of the universe and literally everything that's around you. So once you understand that, you start to see, like, oh, shit, there's angel numbers. You know, all of a sudden, oh, my gosh, there's actually. I see this person in my life show up over and over and over again. What does that mean? I've got, like, 18 Joshes in my life randomly out of the blue that just show up. And it's like you start recruiting these people that have very specific names and avatars, and they all are very, very similar in their energetic signature that start showing up in your life. Well, there's no accident to these things that are taking place or like, your wife or the name of her, your spouse, or whatever your partner is, they show up and they have a very specific avatar to them to help you wake up. So then it's like, look at all these gifts I'm giving me, right? And even if it feels like shit sometimes, I married a narcissist, or I'm this type of person, or I'm that type of person. It. Once you become aware of it, you can let it go.
Well, I think, yeah, I mean, I think there's this, this fundamental idea underpinning this that it sounds like you believe as well, which is that reality conspires for your evolution.
Yes.
That is, everything that's happening is in order for your realization, greater levels of realization of who you are and that you are life and life is you. And it's kind of like when you recognize that you see the benevolence in it, in the intelligence, because it's in service of that expansion.
Absolutely.
I mean, that's how inconvenience turns into miraculous. It's like the ultimate gift. Right. Because every situ, like talk about, like agency and abundance, like every situation becomes an opportunity to see yourself more clearly, more freedom.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's what I, what I always tell people is that we're reproductions of God fractaled out in many, many different forms. And we became matter, God's energy, all's energy. Right. And there's different versions of that that start to. You take the one and it starts to split itself out. And then it hits this, like, baseline of we could call Christ consciousness, Messiah consciousness, the veil, whatever you want to call it, sits in the middle. And then after that, it then starts to fractal itself out into humanity, into material form. What we touch, what we see, what we sense. Right. And that frequency is not the same frequency. It's a version of the frequency of the all that then split itself into energetic forms to then start to slow itself down to then show up in the material form that we're in. Right. If we are reproductions of this, but this is energy and we're matter, but we vibrate and we have energy inside of us, then how do we become like that? So you say, okay, if I were to become like that, I have to put myself, if that's the first thing that ever existed, if there was a thing we call time, then let me make myself the last thing that ever existed. The alpha and Omega principle, right? So I have the alpha and Omega principle. I've got. There's the Alpha, I am the Omega, I am the end, it is the beginning. And I have to put myself as the last person that ever existed in humanity. So I take myself and I roll myself to the last person that ever existed. Then I start to view all of creation from the last thing that ever existed, as this is the first thing that ever existed. And then I see myself in the reflection of that. And then if my job is to give feedback to this, then how should I see this? And what would be What? I see it all as a miracle. Would I see it all as hell if truly my role was to honor what was the creation? Because then also I am the creation because I'm looking back on all things that I ever created as a, you know, as all beauty, all love, all things. And that perspective changes everything when you start to view the world.
So how on a practical basis do you apply that Alpha and omega? It's actually something I'm not very familiar with, I've never heard of. I definitely can see the recursiveness of my own life where I realized, similar to you, I needed to go through all of those things for a very specific purpose which is in service of.
Of all.
Right, but is that the same thing as what you're describing was you're the last person on the universe and you're looking back at the whole thing?
Yeah, kind of. So, like take. I'm going to give you an example. Did you create your parents? I'll ask you a question. Did you create your parents or do they create you?
Well, I think we're the same thing.
There you go. Okay. Did you create your child? Did your child create you?
Same answer.
Okay, so you could say that about everything, right? So if that's the case, then where is time? If we, because we think creation is a time bound thing, okay. And if you created your parents and they created you, if your child created you and you created your child, did your wife create you and did you create your wife? And the whole thing goes back and forth, then what is the responsibility you have of yourself is to view it from a very specific perspective. And as human beings as we are, we're like, oh, we're on a linear path. So the only thing I can do conceptually to put it into practice is to put myself at a state to where I can view everything as my creation and honor it from a very specific space of reverence and a space of love and a space of detachment and acceptance and understand the reason why I created it all for my personal experience. That's the Omega. Because then you see, okay, well, I created my kid, I created my parents, I created this, I created that. Right, I see. And then the responsibility is, is that, oh, I have gratitude for all of this. I have love for all of this. And now, because I am vibrating now at that energy of that observation, it changes me because I'll no longer hold trauma about anything I've ever created because I know that it was from this perspective. Right. So you zoom yourself into that and you're like, oh, wow, I'm that. And then the responsibility that you walk in every single day is not one of manipulation or forcing or taking or individuation or any of this stuff. It's one of the we state. So you're moving from I, you're going to we. You're seeing things through yourself in the perspective of all. You can also understand why they created you to have this experience, to hold that state for them while they're doing the same thing. And then we're all doing the same thing. And then what happens? We form this really big observation sphere. We're all looking within and honoring now the thing that's in the middle, which is just the energy of God that's now inside of all of us. You see how that all maps?
I do. I do. So for the audience here, practical. So I know, let's say someone is able to recognize, actually, I am a divine architect of my own experience that I created for just my evolution and realization and all of that. And then my partner pisses me off, like, immensely. And I drop out of that vibration state of awareness, and I'm just caught in it, you know, what do you do? Like, how do you. How would you advise someone to work with that? Yeah, both holding, both of those.
The first thing I ever do is I look at, say, I take my partner, she's really upset with me, and I immediately go within. What is it that I did? And I can map past in anything that I'm doing right now. Did I jump on Instagram and look at some, you know, woman? Did I think a crazy thought about, you know, God, I wish she would just shut up. Did I do any of those things? And I started to put a frequency of disintegrity out there. And this is the feedback I'm receiving.
This kind of gets into the law of cause and effect.
Law of cause and effect. You're the cause of everything. We are the cause of everything. Sitting outside of it, observing it. And if you know anything about quantum dynamics, everything sits in superposition, which means it's at some possibility, A or B, at any given time. How we observe it, it drops from a thing called quantum coherence and the quantum decoherence. So it goes in this really beautiful waveform, and then it drops into material form. And this is how we observe it. Right. I can get into more of that if need be, but I get nerdy.
Sometimes, but I love it, man.
But that decoherence is how we receive it, how we observe it. And there are things and patterns and frequencies we put into the world that will decohere that into something. And then we could say, well, it's her fault. She's in her own trauma. She's in this season that, well, if she is in that and I'm really in integrity of myself, then I'll never react to her when she goes out of balance. Because I know this is her journey. She's on her path, right? And I'm loving her from it. I'm here to just hold that space for her. It's like you have a one year old baby, gets upset, does something, is crying, whatever it might be, you know, it's just the baby figuring it out. It's not you, right? You're not gonna go freak out and scream at the baby.
Yeah, it's a baby.
It's a baby. So we are all babies in our trauma because we haven't learned how to parent them, because they're all cycled back to our childhood versions of ourselves. We're just carrying that baby up and then it shows up. I mean, every time I see Sophia freak out, or even when I see myself in the mirror freak out, I can see my little version of myself. I literally see it in my face.
Wow.
Or I'll see it in her face and I'm like, oh, this is just that child version. Now. There are versions when I'm out of coherence and it's this other person that shows up and it's not the child version. It's like I am getting that, some divine thing coming through, teaching me a lesson. And you know the difference, right? You could see it. So when I'm in integrity, that's great. If I'm doing things out of integrity and pissing that person off and they're getting mad at me, even if it's just energetic. Out of integrity, right? Being out of integrity, I need to check myself. That's how you practically apply that. And if it's there in their own shit, their own vibe, their own trauma, then you just hold space for them. Either way you check yourself because you're like, this isn't me. Or this is me. And if it is me, then I can hold it. If it isn't me, then I know how to hold that space because I'm just a container for them to heal. Right?
And if it isn't you and you feel like you can't view that person in a loving, compassionate way, that's another opportunity.
It's another opportunity. Yeah. Another opportunity for growth. It's like, well, what is it? That. What is it in me now? Trauma in me? Because it isn't you. But you can't hold that space for them then. That's right. It is you. That's right. Yeah.
Yeah. It's just many layers.
It's many layers, but it all points back to who you. Right, right.
Yeah. And it can sound like a very. Like, I remember when I really opened to the idea of karma, I was like, okay, so this is all my fault, you know, like, really. But it's actually the most empowering thing when you really embrace it.
Oh, yeah.
Because you can never be victimized.
No.
You can never ever be. Like, even. I mean, we touched briefly on, like, some of the crazy things that are happening on the world right now with this election, blah, blah, blah. But it's like, man, like, that's a really easy situation to point at everybody else and how this, all this is jacked up.
Right.
And like, that never solves it. It never solves, never solves it relative to looking at it and being like, how is this reflecting back to me, my own experience, my own shit?
Yeah. It's a challenge, right? We've been taught this illusion is just so real when you feel it, you taste it, you smell it, you hear it, you touch it, like, ah. You know, this is real. And it's just energy connecting with you in its most loving state. And we judge it. And so we judge the fact that, like, oh, like, that's bad. What's it going to do is you're going to get better, right? If that's a word, worse. Right. It's going to get worse only because it wants to be seen as love.
And is that that kind of quantum discoherence you described, where it's the way it's observed, determines the course of it?
Yeah. The way we observe it will change the energy of it. Right. So, like, think about powerful idea. Oh, yeah. I mean, think about you like. Or I'll even use me as an example. When I was going on my journey and, you know, this whole, like, abundant thing started happening with me. I didn't know what to do with it. I was like a baby with a pistol. I was like, fuck, I don't know what to do with it. There were some people that saw me that thought I was the greatest guy in the world. There's some people that saw me, thought I was a pure asshole. It was their perspective of me. And because I didn't really know myself at the time, I was giving off so many different frequencies to people based on how I was Expecting them or anticipating them or watching them affirm me. So if this person one had their own trauma, they knew Sean as a version of Sean. And all of a sudden I show up talking about. We're talking about right now without meeting them where they are, then what happens? They're like this asshole. What are you talking about?
He's phony.
Blah, blah, blah. Yeah. On the other side, I meet new people who are in these communities, and they're like, oh, he gets it. He's this, he's that, and he's so forth. And I'm going that way. This is how cults get formed, mind you, right? Because you find your people and then you just, like, sink into them and you're like, oh, I'm in my little mini group. And that's all you have. Okay. And that's separate. So when I recognize that I have this perspective of these people over here that love me, but I'm kind of an asshole to these people over here because they judge me, then really, what is it in me? I'm not consistent.
Right.
I haven't figured shit out. Still haven't figured shit out. But at least I just know myself enough to where this whole thing outside of me has shifted. And then the people that show up in my life, if I meet a new person or I meet somebody on the street or like, you know, whoever, it doesn't really matter. It all stay. All start to view you as the same thing. Right. And that's when you recognize that you're really walking the path and you're on it and you're moving in that constant state of love.
Yeah. So it sounds like as your own view of yourself becomes more coherent and aligned, that gets reflected back to you.
Exactly, exactly.
That's very. Yeah, I mean, that's. To me, you know, I don't know if. Which I think it was Terravada Buddhism is the first kind of lineage or tradition that I kind of entertain the idea that, like, reality is just a projection of. Of mind and, like, really kind of just experimenting with that, honestly treating it like an experiment, like, all right, cool. What is this random showing me about myself, you know, and. And man, like, what an amazing way to go through life and to play around with that until it really does start to become okay. I get why they say this.
Oh, yeah. And like, you, You. I. I really appreciate you saying, like, put this in practical application, because a lot of what I'll talk about, just, like, you know, it's like this big ethereal thing that's out there. But a practical application of when people think about things is we have so much compassion for children and their walk and them just figuring out this broken structure of the life that we give them. And we're like, oh, you're not walking properly right now. You're not eating properly right now. And then we stop becoming patient with them because it's like, oh, all of a sudden, my son, 16, still pees on the toilet seat every now and then, Right. And just lift up the seat. Sometimes I still pee on the toilet seat, but just lift up the seat and then do the thing. And then when they're two figuring out potty training, you don't care. But then they're 16, it's like, you should know better. But the reality of it is we're never perfect, but we're still perfect in that aspect of being imperfect. So when we look at every. When we start to figure this out, it's going to feel like peeing or not peeing on the toilet seat. Walking or not walking. Learning to cut a steak, whatever it might be, you're going to. The first time you do it, it doesn't feel right. It feels odd. But just like you have all those other examples in your life, you get really good at it. You get really good at driving. You don't even think about how you drive down the street anymore. You don't think about how you cut a stake. You don't think about how you walk. But these are all very hard things to do. Like, if I were to try to teach. I mean, imagine you try to teach somebody that just got in a car accident that like, basically is learning how to walk again. It is not an easy process to learn how to walk again after all of that has been disabled inside of you. So if the divine has been disabled inside of us, which is our whole being, teaching ourselves how to do that again inside of this apparatus that is teaching us not to be that way is really fucking hard. Right?
Yeah, I think it's an. It's really important. You know, a lot of the people that I talk to are entrepreneurs that maybe, you know that they're in the matrix. They realize it's not working, they open up to this and they expect it to be an overnight thing.
Yeah.
And it's just not how it works. To me, it's just a lifestyle. It's just. It's not a practice. It's. It is your life and it. It evolves into that. I don't expect that to happen overnight, but I just think it's. You know, treating. I think it's a really good insight that. Yeah. Like, this is going to take time to restore that embodied sense of divinity. That is the truth.
It. Yeah, it. It will. And the only thing that I can say that I found that curves. That time is moving out of linearity. And the way, you know, Terence Howard talks about this a little bit, you know, if anybody has watched that, he's like, it's. There's no straight lines. It's curves. Right. And not to ride the Terrence Howard train, but more so look at the curvature of space and time. And what that means is, where do we get out of linear thinking? And we start using imagination and inspiration to create our reality. Okay.
I love that.
Yeah. Not logic. Logic works. But when you can match imagination and inspiration to logic, now you're using the curvature of space time to then drop into logical frameworks that then start to accelerate timelines.
Yeah, I'm interested in this. I'm interested in this because it's not something I've spent as much time with. Like.
Yeah.
For me, when I think about moving out of linearity, I think about moving away from the paradigm of cause and effect. Of, like, if I do X, then Y will happen. Instead of, like, reality is this responsive thing that's constantly showing me things.
Yeah.
And that it doesn't have the rule of probability that we've been conditioned by. But this kind of move away from linearity sounds a little bit more nuanced, and I'd be curious just to hear more.
Yeah. Yeah. And we kind of did it a minute ago. And it was like, hey, who created who? Right. You're like, oh, we created each other. Right. And that's a curvature aspect of things. It's saying, okay, well, if everything. And this is when you start moving into quantum reality. So the quantum is. Everything lives in superposition. Everything has a super symmetry to it. Everything has its infinitely deep and infinitely large at the same point. So everything always has these crazy possibilities going on at any time. And if I know that to be true, because I see it, and now science is proving this all over the place, then how do I apply that to my everyday life? And it's. And for anybody who's just like a casual listener knows nothing about the quantum, just what that means is that there's always a potential. That's why you have free will choice, which they talk about in Genesis. You have the free will choice to choose whatever you want. I can get up right now and go knock the camera over. Or I could sit here right I could also, like, if I had to go to the bed, I could pee on myself or not. I could hold. I have the choice to do whatever. I could hold my breath, and you'd be like, sean, what are you doing? Like, all these things are super. Would be weird things for you to witness if I were to do that.
Sean, let's get weird, man. Pee on yourself. Knock over some cameras.
Just do the. Do the thing that feels socially awkward. But the thing is, is that all of those things are possibilities, and you have to feel all of those things. So when we think about this curvature of space, time is like, we have to move away from what we see and what we sense to what we feel, okay? And stop labeling our feelings with the emotions that we've been taught and just feel. And the coolest thing about our experience is that these bodies, we don't know how to use them. We just talked about the miraculousness of, like, a DNA strand being sequentially functional of, like, it. The odds of that being random is like, you know, a blade of grass and one trillion freaking universe. It's impossible, okay? So if that's the case and my body is doing these things, it's not just for, you know, walking, eating, sleeping, having sex, like, all this stuff. It's not for that. It's for something else, right? It is a literal quantum supercomputer that has the ability to understand so many things. And if we start with the feelings, then you just tap into that and you're like, oh, that's what that means. Okay? And stop labeling. I just like when something goes off or I walk by somebody. Like, I'll give you an example the other day. What happened? Walk by this lady on the escalator on the. On the stairs. We were in Vegas, and we were going up these long stairs, and this beautiful soul, she was struggling up the staircase, and she was older, And I go up, and I walked right by her. My knee had this excruciating pain in it. Wow. What the fuck is this? And I have no knee issues, so I'm like, why did. I mean, I felt like I was about to collapse. So she was, like, two stairs away. Otherwise, I would have helped her up the stairs, right? So we got up there, and I'm like. And she sat down, and she was sitting on the deal, and she just sat there, no limp, no nothing. So it wouldn't be like I could, like, pick up on, like, anything. And I gawked her, and I said, ma', am, it's gonna sound weird, but I have to ask you, is there something wrong with your knee, your left knee? And she said, my left knee has been killing me for the last 31 years. I'm a male worker. I've done all this, and it swells up and I have to get it drained and all these other things. You can't tell by looking at it that this was an issue. Wow.
Fascinating.
Yeah. And then when I started to recognize, if you walk by somebody, I can feel things. You just feel it here, feel it there, you feel it there, whatever it might be. So from that perspective, our bodies can feel stuff. Just listen to the feeling. Stop labeling it. And then it is like, you know what chakras mean? So it's like, oh, this is my intuition. This is my roots, my sacral. It's my safety. This is my say, you know, this is all these other things. Okay, well, this is out of balance. Let me pay attention to that. What has happened in my life, I need to heal. And then I bring them back in and move it back into my heart. And this is how you start moving away from linearity into just the frequency and the vibration of the feelings that make sense.
It does. It does, Yeah. I mean, the way I think about the body is it's a communication mechanism.
100.
You know, it's basically constantly trying to get you to pay attention to something that's more oriented in consciousness.
Yes.
And I'm really excited when our healthcare system opens up to that idea.
We'll get there, we'll get there.
But, yeah, I mean that, you know, one of the things I'm super grateful for is I think there's a lot of spiritual traditions that really try to basically just downplay, like, the capacity of the human body and potential. Like, cities are bad, you know, special powers. All these kind of things are bad. And seeing it as a major distraction. And the lineage that I've spent the most time studying is just like, no, these are actually normal. These are normal human capacities to be able to feel someone's what's going on with them, to be able to see inside someone's body, to be able to do all these things. These are just unlearned capacities. Naturally, they're intended to be used for the service of your own evolution and for everyone.
Oh, yeah.
And so, you know, I'm just. I continue to love to explore that and be amazed at all of these things that it really just feels like we're scratching the surface of.
Oh, yeah, we're not even close. But, I mean, we're. It'll. What'll happen. And I have this notion over the next, you know, five to six years, we're all going to snap into a different technological version of ourselves. And as we snap into that, this is if, this is if we choose to become like worthy of this.
I've seen you talk about this like the year 2030 being this like inflection point.
Yeah, essentially it's a very big inflection point.
Why 2030? Where did that come from?
So there are a couple, there's quite a few prophecies in a lot of ancient texts that talk about this. Some biblically, some non biblically around this. There's this thing called the Messiah 2030, it's like 40 prophecies in the Bible that talk about it. There are also geopolitical things happening right now and conjugate of cycles that are taking place that are leading to the exact same thing. There are things around game theory that they're proving out. I mean there's like over and over and over and over again. It literally hits the same date there. You take the, you know, the, the conflict between China and Taiwan, for instance. Okay. They can only. China wants Taiwan for many reasons. They have 35 million males that can never find a spouse because of the way the population is created right now. Right. The only way to then find those females would be to beach head somewhere else and then find them. Well, you can only attack Taiwan in two months of the year based on that actual channel that's going through it for it being an island. And that's October and April. Right. So what's interesting about that is the fact that they would have to hit them at these one or two points otherwise they would be destroyed. You can't fly over and, you know, attack them that way if they were to do something along these lines. And so if things don't start to balance out. And there's also different things around like middle class theory and some other crazy stuff from an economist perspective that if that doesn't start to heal inside of China, they're going to find other ways to expand themselves. They would go to this other space and they would do this probably over the next three years. And like what came to me, and even this is cyclically built inside of some of the prophecies of September 2027. This thing would kick off which would.
Be rateless in either way or specifically with that manifestation of it in China.
And if that happens, then we end up in a whole other like world crisis. You call it a World War 3. You can call it whatever you Want. Because you already have in positioning right now you have, you know, the whole Iran, I mean, sorry, Iran. Now, you know, you've got Israel, you got Palestine, you've got the, you know, the Russian, Ukrainian, they'll happening. You kick off one more of these things somewhere, right. It's going to be an acceleration and then who then intervenes? You've got the United States coming and intervening. All of a sudden this thing gets really out of hand. Alliances form and who's on which side. You can kind of see it. Right.
While we've talked about moving places that are a little bit more low key.
Yeah.
You know, I hear this and I agree. It's. I don't know where we're heading. Seems just highly volatile. And as a conscious actor being like, I think a lot of people might listen to this and go, well, how can I influence whether freaking China attacks Taiwan?
Right.
What can I do about it besides save my ass? And I'm curious how you would think about that.
Yeah. So the, the thing that's going to happen is this because of where we are as humanity. We have 8 billion people that are here to be recruits of this opportunity to heal it. Okay. To heal ourselves and to become more aware. Back in, I don't know how many people there were in World War II, but it wasn't as many. So the amount of energy that can be applied from an expansion of the divine could re observe this into nothingness. They could re observe it into like the biggest healing moment that we've ever had. The whole thing they call the second coming of the Messiah. Right. Is not a person that's coming back to do a damn thing. It's not one person. It's a collective ascension of all beings. So if it's a collective ascension of all beings, that means that we have to one, learn how to resolve our trauma very quickly. Empty the ice cups in our cube. In our, the ice cubes in our cup. Sorry. And say, okay, that past is only, you know, there is such a thing as time. But I say there is no time because the past is just what I call, just coordinates of space and time for us to understand how to gain wisdom so that we can receive what's coming for us. We keep repeating the same cycles, which means we keep repeating the same outcomes. They just get bigger and bigger. And instead of it being a billion and a half people or 2 billion people, you've got 8 billion people that are applying that negative frequency or that unregulated frequency onto the situation. So what we do as Individuals is we have to do two things. One, we have to just become aware immediately of what's coming and say, I choose not to go down that path. I want to take the happy path. I'm going to take the happy path. It's going to require funds and resources from individuals that hold those to actually give them in a capacity to where it turns into a cultural change and revolution for the messages to get dropped into humanity. Right. So that message that needs to be dropped into humanity, you take. I mean, we can spread culture so quickly. We have the tools of resources. You've got social media that could spread word like wildfire, Right? We've got AI that can accelerate that word faster than we ever could before. You got all these tools and resources, but yet we use them in order to create more misinformation, dense and disinformation, malinformation than we ever did before. So why don't we create coherent, divine information, get that out into the ecosystem, make it culturally relevant and cool, make it sexy, make it fun, make it something that you wear, you want to put and tattoo on your body. And that becomes the thing that everybody starts rallying around and we no longer pay attention to the bullshit. We actually hold that accountable and we use our imagination and inspiration to create a new reality. That's how we shift that.
I'm all for it, and I agree. I think the change first starts within and then that starts to express externally. And, you know, more and more people do that. It's like you just become this beacon and that just continually, you know, has a cascading effect. The thing that I'm curious about to get your perspective on is, you know, there's this. There's this kind of fundamental belief that like, everything you're experiencing is you. You've created it, whatever. So there's. There's that perspective and then there's a perspective of there. We're in this spiritual war. I hear people talk. I see people talk about this where there's these, like, people that want to control and elites and misinform and all of these things. And there's everybody else. It's like, why the f is this happening? You know, like, can't we all just, like, play nice?
Yeah.
How does it all fit together?
Yeah.
From your perspective, we are so I.
Would say we are in a spiritual war. Okay. But that war, it's not going to be fought by any way that we thought it was. Could be. Could be fought and it's not even to be fought. The whole thing around, the example of Yeshua or Christ, Jesus gave us right. And this has nothing to do with Christianity, is that there is a way to walk in life where you create balance across the four dimensional plane that we live in. So it's three dimensions of space, one dimension of time. All of that requires balance, which goes to the laws of the universe in some capacity. When you find the balance in that, it's not just the cause, it's also the effect. The balance, not just the rhythm. It's not the pendulum swinging the left to the right, it's the balance of that being able to rise above. It's not just the polarity, it's how you sit in the middle. And it's not being overly masculine or feminine, it's sitting in the middle, right? So for all of us, like, our big thing is that the war is not a war of fighting the extensions of polarity or things out of balance. It's finding the center point and the balance and the stillness within. So whenever something's off, you know it. Like whenever something just looks weird on the street or whatever it might be, or something's gone way too far left or too far right, let's say. That's just fucking odd. You have to find that balance. And all of us have a responsibility to what that looks like. And you feel it within. Which is even why the whole concept around the seven chakras, which is why, you know, follow your heart. There are 40,000 neurons in our heart. We have a brain. In your heart, you can feel things and know things, right? So when the heart becomes the teacher and the mind becomes the instrument, and it becomes the tool that actually has the ability to like release the DMT and then open up different perspectives so we could see, see beyond the senses that we've seen, and then use that in order to then have the heart become the creator of our life. That's how this starts to like snap into place. So to your point, around the conspiracy theorists, as we talk about or we talk about, like, hey, like, what am I supposed to do? And what side of the fence that I'm on when we, if we keep paying attention to the outside illusion of the world and we expect some guru or some messiah to come save us or somebody to like be the guide of the leader, it'll never happen. Because even as myself talking to you, I'm not a hero, I'm just a guide. Everybody's a hero in my story. And when we see everybody as the hero in our story and we're just the guide looking at it, and that was like the last person on Earth thing. Last person on Earth. I'm just the guide to guide that information back to the divine. And I see everything in the world as my hero. Then it shifts the whole dynamic. But it's a very intentional way of changing our thoughts to move into balance and see this entire code differently so that we can truly walk in that abundant state all the time.
So it sounds like if I'm listening to this and I'm looking at the calamity, instead of going this way or this way, it's, I'm going in, going in, and I'm sitting and I'm finding the stillness in it.
You're finding the stillness and you're doing something with that stillness. Right. You're being so present in your stillness that when people observe you, they're like, okay, I don't know what that is. I don't get what that is. But I know I need to learn from that. I need to help whatever that cause is. And that in itself will be like the, you know, the pebble dropping in the water. Pebble doesn't try to figure out where to drop itself. It just drops. And then it creates a ripple effect. So when we all drop, we create a ripple effect and we hit the bottom of whatever pond that we're in, it will start to create that expansion. And we just keep dropping where we are and we keep creating those vibrations in those waves, and they all are very coherent and as they meet, they create another effect. And as they meet. But they're not trying to figure this about some. They're not trying to figure it out. They're not trying to drag across the water to say, like, what's the best place to be? You're just being present and dropping. Right.
It reminds me of the. It's like a tree doesn't figure out how to grow.
No.
Doesn't try hard to grow.
No.
Grows.
It just grows. Yeah.
Very powerful metaphor. There was one point thread back that I find myself thinking about that I know others were on the abundance thing.
Yes.
And so we talked about kind of melting the ice cubes, but I know there's probably people listening. They're like, well, I kind of want a biggie size instead of like, you know, a little cup.
Big cup.
Yeah, yeah. Like, so do you think that that is something that can be intentionally expanded or is it more of a. A recognition of knowing what is enough for us and, and finding the peace in that.
We all have a frequency. Every one of us has a frequency that has a Very specific purpose in life. What will happen is that when it is less of I and more of we, your cup gets infinitely big. Okay? So it's not about the fact that, like, oh, I need my cup to be really big. It's the fact that Sean's cup might not be that big, but I got a lot of really amazing cups around me, and we all can just come together. And then what happens is, is now, as all the divine pours in and we're all connected, these cups hold a lot of divinity. They hold a lot of abundance. I know right now that if, let's say for, for instance, like, everything got wiped out of my Life, there are 20 people I could call right now that would just be, like, here and pour themselves into me. Right. Because of how I choose to show up in my life, but also recognizing it's not about me, it's about us and being in a state of constantly giving with no expectations. That's the difference is that we feel like we're on our own island. It's not our island. Like, we're here as one big collective. It's the we state we have to get into. That's how you get the cup to get bigger. Because when you're looking across to somebody else's cup and you're like, oh, that's a Jeff Bezos cup. That's fucking huge. You know, it's not about that. It's about the fact that, like, you know, I, I, you know, we can have 10 billionaires in a room and connect with all these other individuals, and we're just all snapping in. And that's the beautiful part. Yeah.
There's an amazing woman. This reminds me of that I had in the podcast who channeled this book called Love Money. Money loves you. And it was a, it was a channeling from the energy of money. And basically what she just talked about was how essentially, like, money is just this system of exchange. The system of exchange is to basically continue to expand the universe and consciousness. And, like, the more you can become that exchange vessel in and out and, and, and. And be able to hold more and more of that. Like, as more comes in, more comes out.
Right.
Which is an idea that I don't think has become very popular in our society. As more comes in, we hold on to it dear life.
Yeah, Right.
But, like, the more you get, the more you give. And building the capacity of that, I think, aligns really, really well with what you're talking about.
Yeah. And then the last thing I'll say is just be so aware of what you're taking in. It's no different than eating food. If I go eat a Big Mac and I take it in, of course it's going to purge out of me at some point, right? But if I go and I eat a, you know, grass fed something, right, Then it's going to come into me, it's going to architect itself in my body differently. I'm going to look and feel different to the water that I drink, whatever it might be. So the currency that you bring in, when you have a certain frequency about it, it will alchemize itself in your body, alchemize itself in your life, alchemize itself in your ecosystem and the frequency that you are so that it starts to change your world as well. So, you know, a lot of, you know a lot of people just, my money's green, you know, all cash is green. True. In some capacity. You have to be a hell of an alchemizer to take, let's say blood money and then move it into yourself in order to have it do a very specific thing, right? So being mindful about who you're working with, how you're receiving it, what that looks like, and also say, okay, well if I'm working in a place that is really out of integrity, can I not stand in that and change that integrity? Sure. But what is it about me that put me there as well? So it's not running yet, it's saying, okay, can I shift this? Shift me when I shift me. Have you ever noticed, like you shift yourself and you can't see people anymore, you can't meet with people anymore.
Oh my God.
Isn't it the weirdest thing?
It was one of the toughest parts about my spiritual awakening, evolution, whatever you want to call it is all of a sudden I couldn't really just be comfortable around so many familiar scenarios, people, places, substances. It's just my body rejected it, you know, it was very hard.
But isn't even a stranger that you can't even get in the same room? Like, I have tried. I have a good friend of mine. I can't. We try to connect all the time. I can't even. Like we're never in the same city.
Wow.
It's never like we're never in the same place at the same time. Like, hey, let's catch up, all right, what day? And it just doesn't work. And you're like, okay, this frequency, it's not to judge it, it's just we're not in that vibe together. And we will be again one day. It's just right now, it doesn't vibe that way. Yeah.
And I think there's a. A big opportunity in those situations to learn to love yourself.
Oh, yeah.
Because that. That's very hard. Or at least was for me, when all of a sudden I was like, well, wait, I'm not into all the same things my old crew was. I'm not getting the phone calls anymore. I'm not getting invited to things. Something wrong with me. Instead of being like, something's very right.
Yeah.
With me. And I'm getting into alignment and, you know, just having the compassion for yourself in those periods, it's critical because you.
Definitely want to snap back into the old self because it's safety. It's like, oh, that was that. That's the step of initiation you have to go through to make sure that you're actually being true to you, which is huge. So it's like, can you keep being true to yourself? Or you're going to go back to where you weren't true to yourself, where you're looking at the illusion to create your reality, which is aversion. There's nothing wrong with that for people. Right. But it's just. It's not you. And you're always going to be getting drug by the cause and effect cycle, the victim cycle, the rhythm cycle. That's fun for a moment, but it's not life.
No, it's definitely not. It's definitely not. Well, dude, this has been absolutely epic. I love. I love just hearing your wisdom and perspective and, you know, just all the things you're creating and helping people in the world. It's. It's truly inspiring and. And also doing it while. While being an entrepreneur.
Yeah.
You know, because I think that's a huge thing I hope to see more of is people that aren't just doing spiritual stuff and doing spiritual stuff is their thing, but they're actually building, creating, exploring, you know, creating change in the world and actually using. Using the wisdom that they gain from the awareness to fuel. Fuel creation. And so I think you're an amazing model of that, man.
Thanks, bro. I appreciate that. Likewise. Likewise. This is a beautiful journey and I appreciate you for having me here.
Thanks, man. Well, I know you're. I know you're up to some cool things with Instagram, and it sounds like coaching courses, stuff like that. So I want to give you an opportunity to tell people where they can learn more about what you're up to.
Yeah. Yeah. So I'll kind of go through all of it. Primary business have a marketing agency. It's actually very about taking energy and then helping it shift itself into the world. So finding companies that are not. That are on the path, that haven't figured out their presence, and then coming in and helping them from a consulting perspective all the way to the media execution, which is cool because it's like taking this and then applying it. I always thought that that wasn't going to be a thing, but I'm like, oh, this is actually turning into a very spiritual practice, which is cool.
This can be an amazing spiritual practice.
Let me tell you. So that's that. So if anybody ever needs marketing anything, you know, it all falls under that umbrella. And that's myosin IO if you were to check that at m y o s I n the other side of it that I have is Science of Abundance, which is my spiritual coaching practice, which is more about creating very grounded ways of executing these codes in your life in order to find abundance. We have one on one coaching, which is that that's pretty limited because only so much time in the day. But there is a scalable program that we're releasing on the 18th of this month. We're in August 2024. So anybody watches this later, you know, you got to go backward in that coordinate of time and then there'll be some courses that come out after that. There's 64 codes that we're putting together that help people practically not get lost in like, I got to do eight hours of meditation. No, it's like just. You just see it in your life, pay attention to it, and it starts to shift the dynamic. So that is something I'm super excited about and that is that information dropping in. It's really beautiful.
Hell yeah. Well, we'll link all that out for everybody. So just check it out in the show notes. And thanks again, man. I hope we will do more of these, for sure.
Oh, absolutely. We're here in the city. We got to do it together. Yeah. It's amazing. Yeah. Oh, man. Love you, dude.
