This is a YouTube video titled '#1 Automotive Coach www.meltonmindset.com #coach #learn #automobile #leadership' featuring Mike Melton delivering a motivational talk focused on the importance of self-esteem, self-belief, and self-confidence. The content, created in March 2025, aims to inspire viewers to overcome self-deception and laziness to achieve their goals.
So three things is the most important in your life, which is self esteem, self belief, and self confidence. So a lot of you lie to yourself every day. You know, I'm going to start going to the gym, I'm going to stop smoking. I'm going to stop drinking. You know, let me ask you something. Would you be in a relationship with somebody who constantly lied to you? Then why do you lie to yourselves? I'm going to wake up at 5am I'm going to eat right, I'm going to stop smoking, I'm going to drinking. Bullshit. But that's where I come into play. And I want to empower you, inspire you to do exactly what in your mind you want to do, but you're just too lazy to do it right. You don't have none of these beliefs. You all got to have these beliefs to get further in life.
