Whenever you're training new hires on tire repairs, let me show you exactly what you should do. Get an old tire. The tire doesn't matter because you're using it for demo purposes only. Your first step on showing somebody how to repair a tire correctly, number one is grinding down the inside of the tire so where you don't expose the actual cord. So that should be the first process. So this is what we're training on today. Come on over. Let me show you. So we had them hit it in three different spots. So what I want y' all to do is rate him from 1 to 10 in the comments. How did he do? So here's square number one. Look, he's not down on the cords at all. Right? Here's square number two. Not in the cords at all. Looks real good. And number three. So what do y' all give him? A one to ten. How good did he do.
