I used to be exactly like every one of you tire shop owners, every one of you auto shop owners, where I didn't have the time, or I actually didn't make the time, right? So that's the thing, y'all have the time, y'all just don't make it, and you don't know how to make it. You're missing your kids' games just like this right here. I'm able to not open my shop on Saturdays, give my guys the weekends off so they can not only spend time with their family, I can spend time with my family like we are at the game today. Listen, y'all have to stop working just in your business. You have to work on your business, and you have to self-lead. You have to learn leadership skills.
