Why did I start Speedy Traction Academy? Well, it's cause all you damn shops got poor customer service. That's not it. You got poor leadership, and you got unmotivated employees back behind you. And the reason is because your leadership, it's horrible. So let's try to fix that. So let me tell you how you fix that. You go in there and you fire everybody in there who shouldn't be there, right? That's how you start. Sometimes you just got to go in there, clean house, because that's needed. But if you guys get some good leadership, keep them. Go in there and train them. If they ain't trained, that's where we come in. Speed and Traction Academy. Because you go in there and you got customers going there, and they get treated poorly. Their. Their stuff ain't right. You got vibration issues. There's a lot of different things. You go in there, you got grumpy old man, grumpy young man. You got unmotivated employees in the back yelling at each other, fight with each other. Listen. People are just fed up of being fed up with all these bad tire shops and bad customer service. So at the end of the day, that's why I started Speedy Traction Academy.
