I didn't really wake up till I was 40 years old. I wasn't happy with myself, but I didn't realize exactly how out of shape I was. I had to change that. One day I saw a damn picture. I was like, that dude's not me. There's no way that's me. And a lot of you are watching this right now and know that that's you. You're looking in the mirror, you're not liking what you're seeing. It's the same way. I am you and you are me. You can't change it. You got to be there for your family. You gotta be there for your wife. You gotta be there for your kids because if not, who else is gonna be there? You want another man taking care of your kids? You want another man taking care of your wife? I don't think so. Start taking care of yourself so you can take better care of them.
