This is part one of why we're suing our home builders. So this 5,600 square foot house was finished building in November of 2023.
And as you see, we got a huge crack going up the wall. Well, they thought they'd come in here and just try to fix the crack a little bit. Well, that ain't it. We got foundation issues. So I spent an extra 60 to $75,000 to dig deeper in the ground to have a better foundation for this house. So as you see, there's the washer against the wall. Here's the dryer way away from the wall. So they still ain't fixed this issue. As you see, where that door's been scrubbing. Still scrubbing to this day. All right, so as you see, there's a place going along this back door. They still haven't came and fixed none of this stuff. You see those big gaps right there that shouldn't be there? It's got about a quarter inch gap in between the floor and the molding. All right, so here's a black floor vent. Look at this color. Tell me what's wrong. Now, these gaps are all throughout the whole house. Look at that. You tell me. A million dollar home. She's low like that. Now, there's more to this story. I'm going to give you a part two.
