My name's Andrew. I run an express shop for Toyota, and these past couple weeks working with Speedy have been amazing. I'm genuinely filled with gratitude that I've dropped my pride and found myself a great mentor to show me how I'm going to become a better leader. Every day these past couple weeks, I've been making changes that he's shown me, and it's been awesome to see everything turn around in the shop. Man, people just have great spirits, great attitudes, man. Everybody's helping everybody where they can without even being asked. We're celebrating people's small wins, big wins, doesn't matter. Speedy's just shown me how to handle every situation with every question that I've had, and he's gone above and beyond to make sure that I've been taken care of. Very grateful.
