A leader who snaps at staff and treats routine issues as emergencies isn't leading, just spreading their bad mood. True leadership starts with self-control and modeling calm, not dumping your anger on the team.

Look, we all have bad days. But when you're the leader, everybody else shouldn't have to pay for them. You gotta control yourself first, then we can expect everybody else to do the same.
