I'm Mike at Speedy Tire in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Let's go over road force balancing. So this is the absolute best way and only way to balance your tires the right way so you can find out any kind of vibration problems before they go on your vehicle. So right now we also use a flange plate, and what this does, it balances it by the actual lug hole of the vehicle. So it, so it's kind of like balancing it while it's on your vehicle. I'm gonna put it to you that way. So this right here is a big roller. This big roller right here puts 1,200 pounds of force on top of the tire, simulating it being driven on the vehicle itself to look for— and it's going to diagnose any kind of vibrations, um, problems that you may come out of, out of the wheel and tire assembly itself. That way we can fix the problems before they go on the customer's car, because that's— nobody wants to come back, nobody wants to have to do redos, right? Because redos cost money. Customers are pissed. It's no good for nobody. So make sure that you have the Road Force machine and make sure you're training your guys on how to use the Road Force machine.
