A Ford F150 Lariat gets fitted with 35x12.50x20 mud grappler tires using quarter-inch wheel spacers to clear the upper control arm and bumper. The speaker also swaps chrome lug nuts for black ones.
All right, this is a 20, 23 F150 lariat. What's it going to take to put some 35, 12, 50, 20 mud graps on this F150. So I'm not sure if it's going to scrub here. On the upper control arm or part of the bumper. Well, let's see what we got to do. So for everybody asking, yeah, you can run these 35, 12, 50, 20s right on this factory wheel. So the customer brought these quarter inch wheel spacers in there. We'll see if that's enough for it to clear that upper control arm. And see if we ain't got no scrubbing. All right, so we did a test fit on it. It's for sure we're going to scrub here. So we're going to try them spaces on there, See if they don't pull it away enough. All right, so put that quarter inch spacer on there. It brings it out enough to clear that right there. So now we're gonna mount up everything, make sure we ain't got no clearance issues. On the fender or that front bumper. All right, another thing, these things, these black wheels. Came with these chrome lug nuts from factory. We're gonna swap them out some black lugs. So everything looks uniform. Looks a lot better like that. All right, so we got them on there. Clears out. Control arm, We've already turned. It clears here, and it clears there. So let's go ahead and show you what it looks like on the truck. All right, now let's see what it looks like on this truck. All right, now, that's a good looking setup right there. Got the 35, 12, 50, 20. No scrub at all. No rub on the back side of the fender or that bumper right there. It all clears. So if you got a 20, 23F150. And you want to put some 35s, that's exactly what you got to do.
