How To Build Company Culture

So for one, I want to tell you I appreciate y', all, you know, taking care of everything while I was gone. Right. I've heard Garrison stepped up. You know, Riker, of course, always works hard and, you know, it's rewarding somebody who steps up. Now, it could be multiple people, and we'll figure that out when that time comes, right? So what we're gonna see who steps up and makes us unstoppable. We're gonna. So what, what it's going to take to. To win. This is going to be somebody who takes the initiative, the teamwork, cleanliness. So if you see a. A piece of trash, a bottle, whatever it may be, take it upon yourself to pick it up, right? So we're going to do a. It's a two week deal. So I'm gonna have. Somebody's gonna have 500 cash or a weekend getaway. I pay for food and hotel and stuff like that. If you want to go somewhere. So you can pick with whichever, whatever you want. Okay. All right. So the criteria for it, stepping up without having to be asked anything, that's called initiative, right? So step up, just do it. Everybody knows what needs, needs to be done, know what it takes. Teamwork, helping others out without hesitation. So if you see somebody needs help out, boom. You go over to help them out if it needs to. Right? Keeping the shop spotless, picking up trash, organizing tools. This is all yourself as a leader, leading yourself, just making sure it's done right. So whoever that we see, and we're not going to tell you, we're watching, we're just going to.
