Day 1 of 45 of me in Aruba. So right now it's about 6 o'clock in the morning. We definitely got to go for the morning walk. So the reason I always choose Aruba is because number 1, there is no violence here. No violence. The weather is always good, so it's always around 85 to 90 degrees with a crazy breeze. So if you're looking for a place where you don't want to, you know, a lot of, a lot of times you go places they bother you, they want to You know, if you got a girlfriend, they're always trying to braid their hair, they're always trying to sell you something, they're always trying to sell you illegal stuff. Here, none of that. You ain't got to worry about none of that here. Everything's all good. You can go for walks early in the morning, late at night, it doesn't matter. Nobody's bothering you. For business owners, I challenge you, do exactly what I'm doing. Take off at least a month from your business and just see what breaks. Because the thing is You have to take off from your business to see who levels up, who steps up, who's the cancer in the company. You'll find out real damn fast. So that's why I'm taking off 45 days from work. My crew can actually handle it. I'm sure things will break and we'll, we'll take care of that one when that time comes. But you have to stop being the bottleneck of your company and you have to let your guys thrive. You can't be the one that they always come to because if you're the only one they come to all the time, you'll never ever live the big life you want. You'll never ever be able to leave that shop like you want, and you're gonna continue to have those golden handcuffs. And that's not what you open the business for. You open the damn business to have more freedom. More time, more time with your family. I mean, take a little bit more vacations. But most of y'all, you open a company and then you're just there all the time, which is sad, real sad. Looks like we got the police up here slowing people down. Now, police here is pretty rare to see. Like I said, there's no crime on this, on this island. Now, there is a prison on the very, very end of the island, but that comes from different places. Um, a lot of times when they put people in prison here, they're trying to get on the island illegally. Um, that's what the locals have told me. Now this is one of the biggest reasons I come. Look, nobody's around here. Nobody bothers you. And if you see down there, there's all the hotel districts and stuff. We stay away from that. But now let's walk up to Hvarachi Beach. Hvarachi Beach is one of the best beaches here. Um, so you go up there, they got like a bar area, you know, people come out and just see if you want umbrellas, stuff like that. But other than that, they're not trying to sell you crazy stuff, they're not trying to braid your hair, they're not— they just leave you the hell alone. Um, and that's what Aruba is about. Like, if you don't want to be bothered on vacation like you do in like Jamaica, Bahamas, stuff like that, where they're always pestering you to do something, to buy something, just come to Aruba. It's way nicer. I hear the Ratchi Beach, they're building a lot of new homes, so there's a lot of development going on here. So you know what that means— more money coming here. So we're going to be buying a house here in the next year. Um, not sure exactly where we're going to put it at, but it's going to be in the Eagle Beach area, north area where we're at right now. Uh, because it's the nicer part of the island. Like, the whole island is nice, right? But up here is just nicer. They got nicer beaches. Now, at the lower part of the island, um, they have a restaurant, and that water, man, it's like, it's like pool water. You can see right through it. So a lot of times, like, people, like, they go to Myrtle Beach and stuff like that, but you can't see in the water. And I'm one of the people, if I can't see what the hell's in the damn water I don't get in because especially sharks— me and sharks are not going to get along because they're going to bite the hell out of you. We finally made it to Arachi Beach, which is only a couple miles from where I'm staying at. Not a couple miles, but a couple blocks. So as you go here, this is the bar. So it's Arachi Beach Shack, so you can get your burgers, drinks, whatever. So I'm not a big alcohol drinker, so me, I'm just drinking water. But you go down here, look, even though it's early, 7 o'clock, there's literally nobody up here now. It'll get a little bit busy later on, but just take a look how clean the beaches are. You don't see a bunch of crazy seaweed, like it's very, very nice and clean. So that's why I like coming here. Now let's get a little closer to the water. We'll show you how clear this water is. Now, my man, he's already out there fishing. He's trying to catch him something this morning. Now that right there, it's clear. You can see the rock. Whoa! You can see the rocks in there, but when it gets sunlight, you can see directly through the bottom all the way out past those cones because there's a big reef that runs along this whole entire thing. It's a huge reef. So up here, I don't know if you can see it or not, but that's a restaurant, and then you got the lighthouse. So the restaurant, that's an Italian restaurant, very, very good. So if you come here, definitely want to visit that place right there. If you just want to sightsee, you can go up to the, uh, Lighthouse. Sometimes they're working on it where you can't, where you can't, um, go up there, but a lot of times you, you can if they're not working on it. So a lot of business owners always tell me, man, you know, I'm just burned out. No, you're not burned out, you just lost your damn purpose. And the reason you lost your purpose is because your business ain't running how it's supposed to be, your employees ain't doing what they need to do, they always got pushback to you. That's why you're burned out. But you need to like reset, like, like I do, right? So I reset several times a year because I have a lot of moving parts. I have several businesses that I deal with, and as a business owner, you got to disconnect from the, from the outside world, and, and you just got to go to a place that not only serves you, you have to get mental clarity. So you get away from your company and you start to work on your company. And then when you go back, you can implement all the new changes that you made because a lot of times you sit there in your company and you, you're, you're distracted by customers, by employees, by paperwork, stuff you got to do. You have to go and disconnect from your company. That is the only way you're going to be able to grow it and have a bigger life, a bigger business, and a better team. Another thing you can do on the island They have a bunch of like four-wheelers or, or, you know, like Polaris RZR, stuff like that. You can go explore the whole, whole entire island. This island used to be a huge part of the volcano, so on the other side of the island, uh, it's tons of volcanic rock. There's caves over there you can go see. But this is definitely one of the places you want to go if you're trying to just disconnect from the world and just have a little fun. That's the main thing, because tomorrow isn't guaranteed. It doesn't matter how old you are, um, you know, death doesn't care about your age. You could be— you could live to 100. Hell, you could live to your 20. Hell, 10. So never forget that. Always live like there's no tomorrow. Never worry about what haters say in the comments, ever. I never worried about what people ever say about me because at the end of the day, I know who I am, I know what I stand for, and I know what I achieved in my life, you know? I'm not the best educated person because I didn't do really well in school, but when I was young, I knew exactly what I was gonna be. I was going to be a millionaire. I was going to have a Lamborghini. I manifested all this stuff when I was a little kid, and guess what? It happened. And the reason it happened is because I made it happen. I work my ass off every day to make sure it happened. Now, fitness has got to be a big part of your regimen. And the reason I say that is, you know, I, I used to be super, super overweight. I made tons of money, but the thing is I wasn't happy with myself. There's a lot of people, there's a lot of millionaires, billionaires that are not happy with their life. Just because they got money doesn't make you happy. You have to, number one, get fit. You have to like yourself better than you do now, because a lot of y'all, you won't take your shirt off at the pool. You don't like the way you look, and you don't really want to look in the mirror. And I understand this because I used to be you. And once you change that, dude, I'm gonna tell you what, your whole life will change. You'll like yourself better, you'll be able to like other people better, you'll be able to love your family more. This is the damn truth. This is a fact because I live it. A lot of people just talk on the internet, but they never lived anything. They never been through anything hard. So a lot of guys who come up and they've been given everything their life, they They're not the best people for your team. Now, the best people for your team are underdogs, people that's never had anything in life because they're the ones who wants it the most. Now, of course, you're gonna find some that are stinkers and, you know, they'll weed theirself out, but you're gonna find a lot of good people and those good people are gonna be underdogs. So don't ever look past those people, ever, ever, ever. Cardio plays a big part in, in your diet, right? So when I got here, I went and spent over a little over $400 on groceries. Now it's just for me. The family will be here in another week, but all I got was the basic necessities. I got like 2 pounds of hamburger meat, you know, of course some paper towels, toilet paper. I got 10 fillets. We got some egg whites, a little bag of boiled eggs. Um, not much more than that, and it was like $400. So this is not a cheap island, and the reason for that is they have to import everything. Nothing is made here because it's such a small island. So then you got import duties, fees, taxes, all this other crazy stuff. So it is way more expensive here than it is to go to a lot of places. Um, and that's why it's, it's just better here because you don't have a lot of people riffraff and stuff like that come in here and causing issues and stuff like that. And I'm trying to grow this channel up to 100,000 subscribers by the end of the year. Make sure you like, follow, and subscribe. That really helps us out. And definitely share it. Make sure you share it to everybody who can, you know, just use the information. Now let's get back to the video. Now it's time to go home, cook some breakfast. This is what shopping looks like in Aruba at the grocery store. See how chaos it is? It's crazy. Now with the egg whites, we're gonna eat 376 grams of egg whites right here. So let's tear it out, measure it out, and we're just gonna have one of these hard-boiled eggs. So I usually eat about 2 to 4 pieces of sourdough bread, but down here they don't have sourdough, so we went for the next best thing, which is whole grain wheat bread. So we're gonna have 2 slices of this. Now you see we got that egg cooking, egg whites cooking. We about to grub up. Now we're just going to sit down for lunch. So what I'm eating for lunch today is we're going to get 140 grams of white cooked rice and 8 ounces of grilled chicken. We don't put a bunch of extra stuff in there, so all I put in there is like garlic powder, salt and pepper. That's it. A little bit of ketchup. Now we're on the way to the gym. So if you ever in Aruba, you got to go to Body Zone Fitness. That's definitely the place to go. Right here they got the Ruth's Chris and the Marriott, and inside the Marriott they got a, uh, you can go in there and gamble and stuff like that. I finally made it in gym. We about to put in some work. The— why I like this gym, there's not a lot of people come here, but it's got the absolute best equipment. Y'all think going to the gym is the hard part, right? Can't be no wrong. Hardest part is the food. You got to make sure you're on point, track all your shit, tell you where you go. All my stuff's on point. You know, a lot of people think going to the gym is the hard part. Far from wrong. The food is the hard part. You got to make sure you're always on point because you cannot outwork a bad diet. There's, there's no possible way unless you got some crazy genetics. So make sure you're tracking your food, your macros, your carbs, fats, proteins. Make sure you're eating enough food, because if you're under eating, you're not going to get where you want to be. You're still going to be fat. That's just how it works. I've done it before, so I understand exactly how this works. This right here, the decline press, it's what I'm doing, working that bottom part of that chest, bringing it up. You want to make sure you keep your chin up because there are your chest fibers. That helps out right there. So you put it down, you relax a lot of chest fibers. So bring that chin up and that chest out. You can do 5 and then pause and hold it for 5 seconds, and then do another 5. You gonna pause it, hold it for 5 seconds. That's gonna burn like hell. For any business owners that, you know, you're frustrated with your team, you just can't get out of there, you can't spend more time with your family, you can't even take a damn vacation. Why are you— why are you continuously working? Why don't you just go work with somebody else who's going to put you on a 1099? Because a lot of times as business owners, it's really not worth it if you're not making any money or you're having to kick out the money, borrowing, you know, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Listen, it's either you're going to change it around or you're going to go work for somebody else. Now I'm in Aruba for 5 weeks. All you got to do is give me a text. We'll schedule a call. I'll help you through whatever you got. 704-617-7848. It's either you do it or don't. It don't matter to me. I'm still going to live my life. This is day 1 in Aruba, so when I get back, I should look like a totally different person. I'm coming here to go dark. I'm gonna come in here to recreate myself. Not only my mind, definitely my body. For all y'all that's overweight, listen, I've been there before. I lost 118 pounds, and it ain't from no damn Ozempic crazy stuff. I did this over a 3-year period. That way I don't have loose skin. I don't have none of that because I did it the right way. You have to learn. You have to be obsessed with getting to the point of life where you want to be. You have to picture, have a certain person or a certain look in mind and you got to go for that goal. You can't stop. Like me, I never stopped. I never took my damn foot off the pedal. My clip was always full. Doesn't matter. You have to have the right mindset because not everybody's always going to be motivated, right? You have to be driven. Motivation sucks. Just, just be driven. Now we're walking through some volcanic rock. So a lot of the island was built and formed from a volcano. That's why you see all this volcanic rock. Um, one part of the island, like, the rock is like super black. And you got to make sure you wear shoes because there's a lot of sharp edges. You do not want to trip and fall on this at all. So let's go over here to the edge. Should we go this way? That way. Let's go that way. So all these little holes and stuff, crabs be going in and out of there. So it's like a little cave that goes in between there and up under, out outside. Yeah, so let's walk out here to the edge. Now you can see how sharp those edges are. Super, super sharp. So I don't— if you got flip-flops on, if you come out here, I do not recommend you coming on here unless you got shoes. So let's see if we can see anything in the water. But you see how clear it is? You can see all the way to the bottom. That's why we love Aruba. I'll get in that water. You can see if there's a damn shark coming or not. But like I said, there's a huge reef huge reef that goes all through here, so like sharks and stuff like that don't, don't come in here. And of course you got all the little party boats and stuff like that out there, catamarans. All right, let's keep walking. So you got a lot of lizards here. Now look at this right here, see how blue it is? Look at that thing. If you ever want to just come down to the beach and chill, look, there's nobody down here. You go there and set up your own hut and everything, got your own little private beach. Yeah, they do a lot of kite surfing out here too, so a lot of times you'll see like 30, 40 of them things out here. Here's a boardwalk leading out to, uh, Ritz-Carlton, and then to the right of Ritz-Carlton on the beach is where that you rent all the, uh, windsurfing things, surfboards, canoes, and all that other little stuff. Let's make our way down there and take a look at it. See, right here is where they do all the kite surfing, regular windsurfing right there. You come over here, this is where you rent everything. And of course you got all your, your different resorts and everything down that way. You can rent your jet skis, go out on boats, rafts, stuff like that. Now we're gonna head to the house, we're gonna make us meal number 4 because I eat 5 times a day. We finally made it back home. So I told you, meal number 4, we got 8 ounces of grilled chicken We got 140 grams of white rice, and then we got a little splash of ketchup going on. So I eat super clean. It don't matter where you are, there's no damn excuses. Just take care of yourself before something bad happens. My breakfast ain't nothing special. 376 grams of egg whites, one whole, um, one whole egg, and two pieces of whole wheat toast. And then we got some electrolytes to get Keep us hydrated. So when it comes to losing weight, just keep it simple. That's all you got to do. Keep away from all the fast food places. Now, if you got to go to fast food places, go and like say Chick-fil-A, get the nuggets, or you go to Burger King, forget all the fries, forget all the buns, just get the meat. There you go. It's real simple. I'm going to conclude the day 1 of me and Abien in Aruba. Now, I, I really suggest that you business owners take the time, go away from your company. It don't have to be over a month like me. Go away for a week. Don't answer your phones. Have your team step up. They're going to make mistakes, but you're going to learn from these mistakes, and they're either going to step up or step out. So this is how you start to build leaders in your team. If you're always there, you're always going to be the guy who they go to. You're always going to be the bottleneck. Trust me, I built multiple million-dollar businesses. I'm doing it again. And what I do, I like to show other people exactly how to get the life that they want. Most people can't spend over a month on vacation. I can, and I can show you exactly how to do it. It's, it's, it takes a little work, but it is easy at the end of the day after you get it. Now stay tuned, number 2 is coming tomorrow.
