This is a YouTube video titled "How to roadforce and force match a tire #tireshop #Training" containing a detailed instructional demonstration on tire balancing and force matching techniques, including massaging the beads to reduce radial runout. The content is a single-speaker tutorial focused on tire maintenance and balancing procedures, created in 2025.
I just got with a Dodge Ram, just had these new nittos put on. All right, as you see, these things are brand new. They still got the little teats on there. All right, one thing you guys need to make sure you're doing using the finger plates. See, the slide on goes right on there, just like that. All right, so first we're gonna leave these weights on there just to see if they're already out of balance or not. All right, so with the weight that's on there, that thing's still out. Four, three, that's eight ounces of weight. The thing's off, and it's got high road force on there. All right, now let's show you how we fix this problem. That's how you fix it. The machine will tell you exactly where to mark that tire. All right, now we're going to force match that tire. And how you do it is you want to make sure you lube that bead really good all the way around, top and bottom. All right? Now if we got it lubed up, we're going to put this roller down here, and it's called massaging beads. A lot of people don't understand what that is. We're going to show you. All right, let's roll that. Roll it down. All right, Come on. Now, what's this doing there? Any kind of air that's trapped inside that beam, it's going to get it out of there. This is what you call massaging the beads. So it reduces that radio run out. You hear that noise? That's air coming out of there. All right, now we got that done and got that down to 20 pounds of force. Now that's how you rode force balance and force match them and massage the beads.
