So a lot of y' all know me as Speedy the tire guy. Well, I'm way more than that. So what I did with my company, I started my first company while I was 19 years old, and I sold it when I was 36 years old. I was able to actually retire. I had multiple locations. So what I do now, I built Speedy Traction Academy to help duplicate that and replicate it to other people that are just like me, who don't have anybody, who has never had anybody to show them exactly how to run the business. Now, a lot of you guys who own shops, y' all know how to do the work, but at the end of the day, you don't know how to run the actual company. You know, build that team, build that culture, run those SOPs, actually build a real business. And that's where I come in. So Speedy Traction Academy is what I came up with to actually show you the business part of it. You know, if. And if you have guys that need training, we can do that, too. But most of it is just actual working with business owners and. And what we do first, we have to fix the man before we can fix the business. Because a lot of times with us as men, we have a lot of personal issues that we have to deal with in order to run a successful team. Run, run that good culture and make it a real successful business.
