I want to know what tire company out there is paying their guys $40 an hour, because that's what I'm gonna be paying my guys, $40 an hour. As tire techs in the comments, I want y' all to put in there maybe what you're making, maybe what you think you should be making. So if you're not making 40 an hour, you better step your game up, because we're definitely gonna be paying people 40 an hour. Now, a lot of y' all are gonna be like, oh, well, how are you doing that? The thing is, how I'm doing this is. I got a little. Couple little secrets, right? And I only share with certain people or if you're in my coaching program. So. But one little thing is it's all going to be based off leadership. It's not based off sales like you think it's going to be. So, of course I'm big on leadership. Self leadership. My guys have to lead themselves. We don't need a store manager like a lot of y' all are managers. Do y' all know what a store manager is? It's a big glorified babysitter is all they are. They're babysitting a bunch of children who can't lead their self. So that's how my guys are going to be making 40 an hour. That's just part of it.
