He emphasizes blunt honesty, pride in knowing oneself despite a self-reported sixth-grade education, and high expectations for service quality (e.g., car washes) as a norm that affects customer satisfaction.

Even though y' all might think I'm an. But everybody needs an in their life, right? And I'm the right to have in your life. Because I'm gonna tell you how it is whether you like it or not. People don't like the truth nowadays. And that's. That's how it is, right? But a lot of times when somebody speaks the truth, you get mad. But you get mad because you know it's the truth and you know you shouldn't have done this or, or, or whatever it may be. It's like how you got mad when you got called a right? Because somewhere, somewhere deep in there, there's a little in there. Well, what I'm saying is that's the only reason you get that. Because look, he can call me whatever. It don't matter. To me, it doesn't matter because I know what I am. So once you know what you are, words don't even matter, right? Unless you want to make somebody feel stupid, which I do all the time in the comments because I've got a sixth grade education. Literally a sixth grade education. Everybody in there, even, even my dogs far from me. There's no way in hell I can do this homework if I don't have a calculator or something. It's pretty rare, I know, but when it comes to work ethic standards and business, I'm a beast. That's how it is. When somebody walks my door, we're going to talk to them like this. That is a standard. When somebody cleans my car, I want it done a certain way. That's a standard, right? So if you don't wash your own car, you know, comes through autobelt, right? And your still got smudge here and stuff. And it happens all the time. Somebody's lowered their standards, right? Whoever's cleaning that car after it comes out of the wash has lowered their standards. And then it pissed the customers up.
