A technician road-force matches Dallinte DST1 tires using a roller that applies 1,200 lb of force. The initial reading is 43 lb due to a slight wheel bend. The goal is to get it down to around 16 lb to eliminate vibration for the customer.

Let's see how these Dallinte DST1s balance out. Now, we don't do a lot of car stuff on videos because people just don't like it. But if you like it, let's go ahead and show you. We're going to take that damn sticker off. So let's go ahead and lower the hood. That roller is going to come down, put 1,200 pounds of force on top of this tire, simulating it being driven on the vehicle. And we're going to diagnose any kind of vibration issues that are going to come from either the wheel and/or the tire or both the wheel and tire assembly. And as I can see, it's got a little bend inside that wheel, so we might have a little high road force. Which we do. We got 43 pounds of force, but it says we can get it down to 16, and we're going to fix that for the customer. Even though it's got a little bend, you're still going to get a little vibration because it is, um, bent a little bit.
