Now most of y'all know me because I sell tires, and don't worry, I ain't going nowhere. I'm still going to be selling tires tomorrow. But somewhere along the way, God showed me that I'm made for something bigger. Now over the years, I've had thousands of men walk through my doors, thousands of men, and we talked about tires, but we talked about other stuff too. But that wasn't all that they were carrying. They were carrying a lot of stuff, a lot of pressure right there on their shoulders, a lot of stress. You know, problems at home, you know, broken, you know, their confidence are broken, you know. They don't feel like the same man they were. They feel like they, along the way, they stopped recognizing the man in the damn mirror, you know. The truth is, I wasn't looking at them, I was looking at myself, you know, because I lived that life too, and people seen it, you know. And I realized God didn't put those men in my life just so I could sell them 4 tires. He gave me an opportunity to rebuild the man standing beside that daggum truck. Now that's why I'm building Melt Next. It's not for the perfect man, because there's— listen, there ain't no perfect man. For— it's for men like me who's ready to become the husband, the leader, the father, and the man that God created us to be.
