Hi, my name is Andrew. I work for Toyota. I'm a supervisor for the Express Shop. I was struggling with getting these guys to trust me, let them know that I trust them and I care about them on a personal level to show them that I care. You know, it's not all talk. I want to walk the walk. And now I've already noticed shop morale start to increase. I've noticed people having a better attitude towards me and I'm a better leader just in one day. I'm not their boss. I'm leading by example. I'm getting in there, doing the work with them, setting clear expectations and I find that I've got more respect from them and I'm just having a great time. It's been a great experience so far working with Speedy. So I highly recommend my big brother Speedy here and I'm just really grateful to be a part of the program. Thank you.
