You have a team behind you, brother. You can't. You can't lose. Yeah, it's kind of like winning the super bowl, brother. You know, you go in there and cheer, you know, it's all about the attitude. How you come in that morning, how you get the guys going. Like, there's a lot to it. To really get that day really going really good. Like us, we come in there and we do our morning creed and we. We get it going. Like, if somebody's got a. Like if somebody comes in here and they're kind of sluggish and stuff like that, that person's. I'm pulling them out. They're doing the morning creed. Just get everybody in a good mood, you know, hey, man, what's going on this morning? Everybody doing good? You know, and. And just see if, you know, and then right then you're going to see if anybody's having personal issues that morning, whatever, and then you can address that. You know, maybe they're just having a really bad day. Everybody has bad days. Let's. Let's see if we can't make that better for them. You know, people, we're just. At the end of the day, we're people like, you got to show. You got to show your team you care more for them than they care for themselves. Are you doing that on a regular basis?
I have been working on it, but I like that. Show them I care more than they care about themselves.
Yeah, and not only show them, tell them. You have to tell them that you care about them more than. More than they do. Right. Say, man, you know, it even. You might even have to take some guys to lunch or something one day, dinner someday. It doesn't matter, you know, like out of work.

Just got a work relationship. But that ain't worth anything, is you. If you want to build that leadership and build that team, you got to be the example. You got. You gotta. You gotta make sure you're inspiring the team.
