Let me tell you a crazy story on how somebody got sued. So I personally knew this guy. He was in business for like 40 years, maybe even a little bit longer. So one day, vehicle came in, needed four tires. So they put four brand new tires in that car, but they did not change the spare tire. Customer didn't want a brand new spare tire. So it's a full size spare and the tire was like 12 years old. It was a Michelin tire that came factory, it was a spare. They did not change that spare tire out with a new tire, that vehicle left. And I think a week or two later they were going down the highway, had an accident and of course nobody lived. So what happened? They got sued, Michelin got sued, he lost everything he had over, all over. Just not changing that spare tire. Now how can somebody get sued for that? Blows my mind. Because you didn't never touch a spare. Usually you don't own it unless you touch it. So that just shows you you can get suits for anything out here. So if you own a shop, you have to protect yourself. Make sure you're not doing tire plugs, make sure you're doing your torquing wheels down, make sure you're doing all the right things because you're messing with people's lives and you will lose everything you got and you will get sued.
