A lot of guys ask me, how do you keep your team on fire? Well, the thing is, are you on fire? How do you walk into the office? Are you— do you walk in the office pissed off? Do you walk in the office looking for crazy shit to say to these guys? No. Put these guys in a state of mind who are on fire. You have to take the damn match, light their ass on fire, and make them want to do more for you, want to do more for themselves. Are you the one that's going to make that happen?
