A lot of tire shops out here try to sell like, you know, all your cheaper stuff, and they think that's what customers want, man. Man, listen, customers don't always want the damn cheapest stuff. You need to make sure you're qualifying the customer, see what the customer needs. That's like, you know, a customer just going to the cheapest car dealership. That's not what they want. They want something that's going to fit their needs, ride the best, you know, feel comfortable, have all these little gadgets to it. Now most of y'all shops got chaos. Look, We got organized chaos. Organized. No fighting. Just like that video I showed at Walmart, right? The lady was complaining about the damn workers fighting with each other. Don't ever, ever— if anybody ever fights in my place, they are fired instantly. I don't care who started it. Now, the most brands that we do is obviously like the Nitto's. These are the Nitto Mud Graps. These are the Toyo AT3s. We do a lot of the Nitto G3s. Um, you know, we do a lot, you know, a lot of like Summit tires too.
