Sometime when the tire won't catch on the wheel, he puts a little traction bar in there. Takes it right off. Now, most of the guys say, oh, I can do this on a ram clamp machine, which is that one right there. But why put stress on your guy when you can use the machine like this? That takes a lot of the stress off you guys. Yeah, this is the. Well, this is the Maverick machine. It's one of the new ones. So how easy it is. That guy ain't stressed. He ain't sweating none of that. Texas. So now what we putting on here? Some fury. You got some Furies in there? I got some big old spikes on that thing. Look at that. Some fury. Off roads. This guy brought the tires in. 35, 12, 50, 24s. We'll see how these things balance out. Make sure we lube her up. Put some lube on there, right? Got a luber. Well, sometimes they are. As long as you're doing it right, they self lubricate themselves. All right, now you can put that helping arm in there, show you how easy it is to mount these things with a. With a good machine. That's it. Just like that. Now all you gotta do is inflate it. Then we're gonna take it over, put it on the road Force balancer. Show you exactly how to balance these things out. See how good they are. Some people use all these fury tires and stuff, but they're really hard compound rubber tires. That's why they last so long. But they're like ice skates on. On the wet ground. Always do what from the ground? This is the best way to seat the bead. And then we take it over to the cage to finish the inflation. So all he's doing is seating the bead right now. There you go. He's gonna take it off, put the core in there. Then we'll take it to the cage. That's where he finished the inflation. So right now he's probably Got about what, nine, ten pounds air in it. See the difference in the bright between the 16 and 17. You doing massaging the bead? No. So now what he's doing, he's massaging the bead. So what that does. Any kind of air that's trapped in between the bead of the tire and the bead of the wheel, it's going to get out of there. What that does is going to reduce that radial run out, and in turn, it's going to give you a better balance. So now he's just massaging that lower bead right there with that lower roller. That's it. Now you snatch it off. I'm gonna bring it over there, inflate it. I'm ready to see how these things balancing out. Now, how these wheels are designed. You have to static bounce. That's why the last person static bounces wheels. Sit there. All right, let's inflate her. Get it on that. On that machine, brother. So now every one of our balancers are road force balancers. We don't have. We don't cheap out on equipment because we want our customers tires to be right. Now, a lot of customers, a lot of. Lot of places just don't care. They both go buy the cheapest thing because that's what they want to do. Now they can go get not. Not necessarily a loan, but they can lease the equipment to where you can afford this stuff. Like, it's pretty dag. I'm cheap. It's like $20 a day to have one of these balancers. Now you tell me you can't make an extra 20, 30 a day. You're out of your mind. That's why a lot of places go out of business. They don't understand business. They know how to do the work. They just don't understand the business. And when I go and coach a lot of people, so I coach a lot of companies and they have, I make them understand this stuff just like me one day I knew how to do the work. Beat seal doesn't do what security coat does. Yeah, definitely use the security coat. That way it helps bond that patch to the tire itself. B tiller really doesn't bond like that. It does to, like, you know, wheels and stuff, but that's about it. Definitely use security code. That's, that's. That's the thing about these companies. They don't train people right either. So how many people in here work for a tire company? And they. They don't. They don't train you guarantee it's a lot. All right, so we got all that set up. Make sure it's clear as the h. I know this wheelhouse design. Like I said, you gotta. You got your static bounces wheelhouse design. So of course, before you bounce, what we got to do, we got to take that damn sticker off, son. Now, if y' all not sure what this road force balancer does, and that tire got some hop in it, I betcha before this thing comes up, I can guarantee you that that tire is going to have a high road force just by looking at it. So now we got the roller on putting 1200 pounds of force on it, Simulating being driven on the road. Now, look at that. What I tell you before the roller comes off. Look at that. Current's 92 pounds of force, right? It can only get it down to 82. That's why we don't touch these cheap tires. I try to tell people, yeah, go ahead and put. Get it on there. Was a 35, 12, 50, 24 dually super single for the front on the. The kg1 forged wheels. So now we got an auto inflator right here. So what it's going to do, you're going to set the pressures, and it's going to instantly set it for that car, truck. That way he can walk away. If he still got more tires to change or whatever, he can walk away from it and finish changing while this thing's inflating. Then we'll take it to the balancer right here. The new one's gonna do the exact same thing. So that's the problem with this tire, too. You can't see it on the camera, though. It's all lopsided. Yep. Stay away from Fury tires. Stay. Stay away. So we got one new on the front already. So it's not a regular dually wheel. It's big, super single. That gives it a regular, regular wheel look, which looks a lot better. I like the super singles better than the regular dualie wheels. Venom. Nope. Venom's trash, too, brother. Just go ahead and. Man, I'm going to tell you what to get here if you don't want to spend a lot of money, right? Here's a tire that's not crazy expensive, right? The X comp tires. Or you can do this. Tis tt1 tire. Both of these tires are really good. So opt out for one of these tires, then the Fury. Or if you don't mind spending a little bit of bread, go with the Toyo. That's the Toyo Open country RT pros. And so all this stuff is sold. Everything we have out here is already sold. We're just waiting on people to pick them up or the nitto ridges. So all the stuff up here is already sold that we got to put on today. So a lot of shops are complaining. I ain't got no work. I ain't got no customers. I ain't got.
