This is a YouTube video titled "More shops need better training" containing a technical explanation about wheel balancing and spoke setting for large 28-inch wheels and tires. The speaker provides detailed instructions on how to properly balance the wheels to avoid vibrations, emphasizing correct weight placement and spoke adjustment. The content is instructional and focused on automotive wheel maintenance.
This guy here is getting a bad vibration. He came to us. And these are some 28 inch wheels and tires. So it's a 295, 25, 28. Now I look, it's on a static bouncing wheel. You cannot static bounces wheels. They will vibrate. So what you got to do, you got a spot balance. You got to hide a weight back behind the spoke. And then you got to put another weight over here. Don't ever start to bounce these wheels. The reason they did that because they don't know what the hell they're doing. So now we hadn't set the spokes yet. So this is where it's telling us to put the weight at. Of course, you don't put the weight there. Now we're going to set the spokes. Now we're going to set the spoke and we're going to rotate it and we're going to set this boat. So now it's going for 3 1/2 ounces behind one spoke and 2 ounces behind another spoke. So now it rotates it. Now see how hit it behind that spoke. All right, now we got the weights behind the spokes. Now let's go put the other weights here. So now we got a zero down here. Now we're going to put the ounce and a half right there. All right, we got it there. Should zero out. We got it spinning. All right, that's about not spinning. Zero right. Now with low road force. Let's see four center tape, replace center. You're good to go.
