Mounting And Balancing Atturo MT

A technician demonstrates mounting and road-force balancing Atturo Trailblade MT tires, using 1,200 lb of simulated load to catch imbalances. One tire hits 35% vibration on the LT scale, well above the ideal 26%, prompting a warranty claim. He contrasts them with Nitto G3 tires, which balanced cleaner, and warns that skipping this step ruins customer experience and shop reputation.

It. You have to bring out the big gun on that one. Ready to start balancing these things up. It. And. It. Are you taking this one off like it's getting ready to balance this? We're going to show you how these things rose force out. And we're gonna make some videos while we on this live. So I'm about to get right to my phone. We're gonna show you how this thing done. It. Leave up for me. All right, Just snatch your weights off and I'm gonna get you to just hold this and just film. All right, cool. I just hold this. All right, so we're gonna make a. We're gonna. We're gonna make a video while we're on the live. Right. So we're gonna. I show people how to road force balance tires and stuff, how we do it. So we're gonna do it for you live. So of course, you see we got all the weights off, right? Weights on it at all. We got road force set up. So we're going to put a clip on and then a stick on right here in the inside. So. Hey, who's got the music? Hey, Chase, who's got the music? Somebody. All right, so let's go over to atturo trailblade mt. So the turo looks a lot like the Toyo mt, but the tread pattern is a little different here. Shoulders Are a little different. But if you're looking for a tire that's inexpensive, that don't cost a lot of money, it's still good. The turo mts. Here's one side of the sidewall, and here's the other one. Not crazy aggressive, but it actually still looks pretty good. Of course, you always want to bounce those things by the lug holes. Never just want to sit there and put a. Put a cone on to the face, Even though that's got a cap on it. So now before you balance them out, what we got to do, we got to take that damn sticker off. You know, half of it just wants to come off a little bit. We're gonna take that damn sticker off. All right, now we got all the weights off. Let's balance this thing out. All right, we got the roller down. We're not gonna cut it. We gonna edit none of that stuff. Like a lot of people fake on the Internet. We ain't fake. We show exactly what we do. So here, in a second, that roller is going to come down. And if anybody's still not sure what this road force balancer does, puts 1,200 pounds of force on the tire itself, Simulating it being driven on the vehicle. This feels a little high. Look at that. Boom. That's why we don't do all the times this customer brought these tires in themselves. Look at that. £59 of force. That's a. That's an issue. This tire will vibrate. So whoever you bought these from, I would suggest getting them to warranty this tire out. Appreciate you, sir. So. So this right here is the atturo trailblade mt. This guy brought his own tires in. We don't normally sell these because you see right here, we always have those issues come up a lot. And what that is, you don't want it to be above 35, but you still on an LT. You want it below 26. That way everything's green and not just yellow. So that's going to be a vibration all day in this truck. So whoever you bought the tire from, they should warranty that tire out. It. So a lot of guys who don't have this road force machine, they'll just, you know to come up weights on there. They'll just put them on there. They'll never know if it's going to have a vibration or not until that customer comes back. So right now, we can actually tell the customer that he's going to have a vibration below. This truck even leaves. That's what People say, oh man, you know, this road force machine, it's, it's just like snake oil. Nah, they're just not educated enough to understand, understand how this stuff works. These are the cheaper guys want to do everything cheaper, right? So we don't, we don't do chuffs cheaper. We don't do stuff half ass over here. So when guys don't have a machine like this, all they're doing is sitting there just chasing their tail, chasing weight, just add weight to it. And not knowing that this tire is going to have a vibration for this customer. Now he's sitting over there mounting a set of Nitto G3s right now. We're going to take you over in a second, show you the difference between a nitto and an Arturo. There you go. That one's gonna get balanced out, but he's still going to have a vibration on that one. A lot, a lot of you shops, any shops watching man get the better equipment. Stop being cheap. Being cheap will destroy your business. So you're mounting up a set of the Nido G3S. That's what that tire looks like if you've never seen it. That's the best all terrain hands down on the market right now for sure. It.
