Part 1 On Why People Hate Going to get tires

A tire shop owner breaks down why customers dread the experience: hidden pricing, rude staff, and filthy waiting areas. He explains how his shop does it differently.
So why does it feel like pulling teeth when you're going to get tires? And a lot of customers are just tired of all the BS when they go to get tires. Let's talk about it. You know, a lot of these places, I'm not going to name certain fuse, right, they're not real transparent about their pricing. They'll give you pricing that's, you know, either not installed or not with tax and everything. How we do it, we give you it all up front. No, no, hidden nothing. And we let you know what it is. Now the biggest thing is rude employees. Now, a lot of these shop owners keep these employees on because they think they can't do without them. They think their business will struggle without these people, but they don't understand it. Your business is struggling when you keep these people in your company. Their cancer. Get them out asap. You can't deal with that no more. You're going to be able to find somebody else who can take that role and do it a lot better. Dirty shops and dirt and dirty waiting areas. Man, there's nothing more frustrating than going into a place where you got nasty bathrooms, nasty waiting area, nasty shop. And it's the way the, the guys dress. They're just nasty dirty. Like there's no standards to none of these places anymore. They need to raise our standards. That's why us. I've never been in the military. Don't never say I have. We run our place like a military. We clean, we're always helpful, we always nice to people and we treat people the way they should be treated. Now, I don't want to be known as the cheapest guy. I want to be known as the best. And that's why we do what we do.
