This is part two of why people hate to go to shops to get tires. So a lot of shops will sell a lot cheaper, lower quality tires as premium tires to one, not only make money, but the only thing about that is you're going to be replacing that tire as a lost owner. And they're not giving you nowhere near what you're looking out of a tire. Now, a lot of these people have lack of expertise. A lot of these people don't know jack, nothing about tires. You know, you don't need to know the specifics, but you need to know the basis about tires and what they do. Bad attitudes, man. You go to so many places and you get that grumpy old guy or that guy that just, you know, lost his girlfriend. They're just pissed off with the world, right? You know, there's no place for bad customer service. Now I'm going to tell you what. You go to a place and they give you bad customer service, I recommend you don't go there again. There's way more places to go. If you get bad service, just stop. You know, don't complain, just don't go there anymore.
