This is a very controversial topic right here. So I've been posting about paying my team more money. Why do I want to pay my team more money? Why? Because I want them to have a better life. I want them to make more money to be able to buy things that they want, do things that they want. Now, the only hate that I've got is not from regular people. It's from the other auto shops, tire shops, lube shops, stuff like that. They're like, why are you paying your people so much? How are you paying your people so much? I don't understand it. Well, the reason is because you have low standards. You have cancer in your company that you won't get rid of, and you just keep these people there. Listen, find good people, pay good people, make sure you take care of these people, and they'll take care of you. It's not the other way around. You don't want to pay these people 14, $15 an hour when you have a guy that should be making 25, 30, $40 an hour. That's why you have shitty people, okay? That's why you don't have the customers that you need. That's why you don't have the money that you want to make.
