A customer at Discount Tire in Scottsdale, Arizona shows that the store has road force balancing equipment but doesn't actually use it to balance tires properly, despite claiming to offer the service.
Does Discount tire Road force balance sheet tires. So this store right here is in Scottsdale, Arizona. Now, I know they got the machines and I'm about to go in here and show you the exact ones they got. So inside there's a really nice portion there. So this is the machine. This is the hunter road force elite. And as you see that roller right there, it's the exact same machine I got. Now here is the really nice Porsche. Now, I know this guy wants to have it riding right, so now he's putting it on there. Now let's see if he's going to road force bounce these tires or not. So he's putting it on there. Now we got it rolling. Now, that roller as it's spinning, that roller should come down here in just one second. Now let's see if it does. Now this is the part where usually the roller comes down. Well, it looks like it's not going to come down. Well, he pulled the hood up. That shows me right now he's not going to road force bounce those tires. Now let's see what he does. He's going to spray the weights the cleaner on there. He is definitely going to put the weights on there without road force balancing the tires. Now, discount tire, why have the machines if you're not going to use them the right way? Why tell us.
